I had a great experience with BurgerFi. The spicy chicken sandwich was amazing. The staff was amazing. It was quick. The beer was cold and great price. The onion rings was amazing. And the Custard Swirl Cone was freaking out of this world.

My wife and I had the best experience at this BurgerFi location today! Our cashier was excellent. We could have not asked for a more pleasant lunch. The food was perfect and the fries were piled high today 😋

Terrible and disappointing food preparation. Hot dog burnt and grilled cheese sandwich...well see the picture. No more chances to this place. Whoever prepared and packaged the meal is very likely not wanting to do that job.

From when I walked in, it was clear this place was a good choice to go to, there was a big line with half the tables full, and even through all that, they still got my order through quickly. The food quality was amazing with the fries cartage coming with a lot of fries, which was good value. However the reason this place is 4 starts instead of 5, is because prices are to high, and they have no combos, also when I went to find a Table almost all of them were slightly dirty, with crumbs and etc. I would not recommend if you want to save money, fudderuckers is a better place.

Found a dead fly/bug on my burger that I just started eating. After I called and told the manager what happened, they asked me to drive back so they could see the fly themself. I drove back and the employee the manager sent out to look at the dead fly was very rude and obnoxious. The manager should have talked to me instead of the regular employee. They should have also just offered me a refund the same time I called. Why did I have to drive back, show them the burger, and then prove that I received the burger with the dead fly/bug on it? No empathy, no accountability, and no sincere apology. Never going back and you shouldn’t either. Who knows, I probably ate more flies on the burger that day.

What a great burger. I was treated to some samples and they were yummy. Can’t wait until they open their new place in Pines. Loved that they have a veggie burger too. Delicious! Onion rings were yummy too! Update... New location is officially open. It was awesome... Gus is amazing...

The food is ok and the service is always very warm, positive and helpful. The cleanliness needs work though. It seems like it’s been forever since the soda machines were cleaned and there’s trash around all floormats despite just opening. These are minor issues but can lead to uncertainty when dining again or what the cleanliness in the back is.

Burgers barely had any taste and my onion rings never came out. Not sure why since there were only two other people in the restaurant at that time. I had to get a refund on the rings since I finished my food before they came out. My wife and I were looking forward to a delicious lunch and what we found was that the food was over priced and subpar at best. The workers were nice but the experience was so poor. I wouldn’t recommend BurgerFi to anyone.

High quality burgers! Plenty of options for vegans, meat lovers and between! The onion rings are sooo yummy! This is the most eco-friendly restaurant chain you can find today. Chairs and tables made from recycled materials, they limit the use of plastic and waste and they try to be very sustainable in their operations. I just love it everything about Burger fi. Food and service is excellent!

I like the double waygu bacon burger or CEO at Burgerfi. I purchased the fried egg and instead of a bun, I purchased the lettuce wrap. The onion rings are enormous. But without the bun, the carbs are reduced. The meat/protein is fairly high and the carbs are fairly complex, so I like this formulation. Overall this meal is good and BurgerFi has lots of other options. I do recommend

This BurgerFi never disappoints! The regular burger is juicy with super fresh lettuce/tomato and the fries were perfect. Very nice cashier, server, and overall pleasant staff :)

Delicious food, slowest service ever. Second time here and I have waited 30+ minutes both times for my food (small orders). I don’t know what the heck takes so freaking long to get the food out.

Oh my goodness! I was in the area visiting a friend and stopped by for a quick bite to eat. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwich with fries and I can honestly say it was made to perfection. Everyone gave me nothing but great customer service from the moment I ordered to the moment I received my meal. The manager Miss Virginia helped me made the decision since it was my first time trying this place and I’ll definitely come back!!!

I would like to give the Manger Fay All OF HER FLOWERS, every time I visit she gives me phenomenal customer service. On my recent visit I placed an order with her and as I waited for my order this lady who was very impatient was very rude to her , she even snatched her food off the container and ripped her own bag. I was embarrassed for her. Fay’s demeanor was completely positive, and she held the situation very well. Fay is superwoman Great customer service, very knowledgeable, and works extremely hard. I really hope this review goes a long way because she really needs to get all the credit she deserves. The way she does to go above and beyond is amazing. Literally you just have to see her in action!

Fay was so kind during my order and even if it’s friendly with my kids, gave them extra sprinkles on their milkshakes!

From the moment we walked in we were warmly welcomed by Tiffani. She helped me decide what to order and was VERY helpful. She not only brought out our food she then came back later to see if we needed anything else. Jasmine walked by us and was very friendly and kind. Our food was made perfectly and everything was great. I got the bacon cheeseburger with fries and my wife got the chili hotdog & onions rings. Better than most places with comparable items. The restroom was clean and we had a great experience. Kudos, to Tiffani & Jasmine. Other places need more employees like them.

Nicest people, juiciest Burger, great fries, fresh and juicy tenders. The CEO and everything else hit the spot, perfectly. First time there and will definitely return.

Sunday At 8:35pm we wanted to have diner at the Pembroke Pines location and for our surprise ( I guess the manager tall with short hair) asked us to sit in one side of the restaurant because they are going to mop. They close at 10:00pm and restaurant was empty. Secondly, every time we want to ice cream or shake they always run out of it. We decided to leave and have mc donalds at home rather than eating there with chemical products next to us. Sorry! And bye

I love burger fi. However, this location is the worst service and quality food I have ever been to. Not the burger fi quality standard. The person in front ordered the melts and the bread was not toasted and they refused to do it saying the grill was closed. My burgers where the greasiest I ever seen in any fast food restaurant. Ordered chicken tenders, 4 burgers and everything in the order tasted terrible.

Glad I stopped by had a great experience. Ordered a Breakfast All Day and it was so delicious. Service was very fast and everyone seems happy.

We have been coming to this BurgerFi location for years, always great, but tonight I dont know what changed recently, but we had the best burgers ever. Meat cooked to perfection and juicy, crispy bacon, great flavor. Great job Saturday night shift 👏🏻👏🏻

The fries were all burned and dry only two onion rings came with my order. Asked for a side of burguerfi sauce and was charged $0.65. Had to go make the line again to pay for the sauce. Service was not good.

BurgerFi is 4 stars. It's a little pricey for what you get, but not outrageously expensive. It's good. I prefer the CEO to any burger at 5 Guys.

We come here often as it’s the only burger my kids will devour in 3 min flat! The food is normally great - the cook today messed up our chicken tenders in old oil and I couldn’t even get the knife in it…. However it what you do after you mess up that matters. The older lady cook happpily made me a fresh batch and Mathew’s customer service made up for it! He’s great and hard to find people with such a positive attitude now a days.

They are unprofessional. Unbelievable when you see the work doesn’t care about your order and talking with each other!! This branch pacifically need to be in review and monitoring. Noticed that to get you two ice creams, you need 30 minutes that if the store is empty!!

First experience at BurgerFi was great! I went near closing time and it was pretty quiet, so my wagyu Ceo burger and fries came out relatively quick. The bonus here is enjoying a high-quality, cold beer (Dogfish Head 60 min.) during the few minute wait. The food was hot, fresh and perfect. The burger is substantial and had great flavor, balanced with a bacon jam sauce and melty cheese. The fries had that perfect crispy texture without being soggy or burnt. Everything was superior to the 5 dudes place, and I do like theirs. I would go back for sure.

The ambiance was really great. The music was on point btw. The staff were super nice and even came by to check on us. Most importantly, the burgers were amazing. I would have posted a picture of the food but we couldn’t resist. This location deserves the 5 stars. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Monte was an absolute delight 😍. He was very polite, welcoming, patient and informative. I will definitely be back. Also, the food was amazingly fresh and hot. Made fresh to order. The beyond burger is beyond delicious. You would never know its not beef. 10 stars all across the board.

Not a good experience. Staff was loud and complaining that people don’t leave tips. Our food came out in a timely fashion, but it was all cold. We saw the staff ask patrons to come back inside and clean up after themselves twice. Overall, not a good look for such a good franchise.
