The wait time is ridiculously. Not long wait in the lobby but after have seen the doctor, so far 45 min wait and the nurse still have NOT entered the room to give me my 2 shots. I went out to speak to them twice and Everyone looked clueless. Nice, clean facility but wait time needs better attention

I’m starting to dislike this medical facility more and more. EVERY time there is a ridiculous wait. I have been waiting for 50 minutes. Then someone told me my apt time was 50 minutes later than I expected, and that’s why they haven’t called me. (Still haven’t called me even though it’s passed the time of the rep’s quoted time of my apt) Well with the official Sanitas app it asked me to check in for my apt at the time I expected. So my apt has possibly been delayed without my knowledge, which is NOT COOL SANITAS This is a waste of my time and now I need to reschedule another doctor appointment I had after this!!! It’s not fair!! Id change doctors if the healthcare wasn’t so complicated and if My Blue wasn’t in bed with Sanitas. Also, the representatives seem to have a hard time with English, and it’s very frustrating at a doc’s office when you’re there for your health. If you’re establishing a new primary doctor, do yourself a favor and look passed My Sanitas

My local office do not make blood test, so I was referred to this office. 8:30 I arrived and checked in. I ask how long is the wait, receptionist answer was "about an hour". I ask if I can be in my car waiting and can they call me when is my turn. Absolutely, answered receptionist and repeat my phone number. When I went to the car, there was only 6 people waiting. By 10am I see more then 15 people came in and out of the office and no one called me. I had no more patience and came to receptionist asking if my turn coming, she answered "you are next". Yet, the nurse taking blood took another 3 people who check in long after me. For another 30 minutes I was standing next to receptionist. For the fifth time I ask if my turn is coming, lady went to the back and the nurse finally call me. Was that a punishment for me for not sitting in perfume overfilled office with dipper over my face? Or because I was only "white" looking person in the office??? I lost half of my work day just for a blood test due to the laziness and racisms in this office. Only the nurse had highly professional skills.

I came today with an emergency and the Doctor Jorge Benitez and her assistant Nancy Thomas, were very helpful, kind, thoughtful and get all the test i need it to get the part of the results almost immediately to find out what was wrong and be able to get the right and accurate treatment. Thanks a lot Doc Benitez, his staff and Clinisanitas.

If you're an English speaking person that cares about your health this is not the place for you. No one except the receptionist speaks very good English or really knows what they're doing. The nurse that saw me before the doctor couldn't spell some of the procedures I had in my past and never heard of them so left them off my chart. She started typing them but couldn't figure it out, so erased what she typed and moved on. She asked questions about medications and never entered my answers. When the doctor came in I had to start all over again and he clearly didn't care about my answers since he just started talking over me in the middle of every single sentence. This place just wants to collect insurance payments and get through their patients as quick as possible. I highly DO NOT recommend this place.

Literally the worst place I have ever been to. Doctors and staff that don't speak English or care, doctors that don't show up to telehealth visits and I just sat for an hour after checking in on the link they sent me and was told they marked me as a no show. I have tried several times with them, hoping it would change. Do not bother.

I just went yesterday to find out that they just add the missing flavor to the table. Dr Judith the French creole spoken doctor who understands my needs half way in my native language. Communication was easy. Overall service was wonderful. Definitely my place to go.

They always want reviews, and honest ones, well, I am going to give it. I made two trips to this location within a two-week time frame. Honestly, I absolutely hate these facilities because they really cater to the Spanish population, said without remorse. My first trip was pleasant, no issues, deserves a five-star; however, that’s the trick, I don’t just give them away. Because it’s after that first trip you see how they really are after they think you’ve already written the review. I am no novice to urgent care matters. I’ve been to the hospital ER my fair share of times and waited, I get the drift. The doctor/nurse practitioner was having himself a grand old conversation only after I left did he make his way to the front to ask about me. I know this because I returned to get his name for this review: Mr. Jorge Benitez. I went about my day still not feeling well, made an ER trip after all; my insurance co-payment is going to go through the roof. In less than two hours, they ran a series of blood work to return and let me know I not only tested positive for COVID-19 but for the Flu as well. WOW! I left Sanitas and went to a school; do you know how many vulnerable people I put in harm’s way because some careless ‘Doctor’ wanted to laugh around with a patient? And I was supposed to sit around in discomfort and just wait for him. I specifically asked before leaving what was the result of the COVID test. They must do better; I was in agony from the cold, my body hurt, I physically couldn’t take it; the nurse kept nudging him, I guess the conversation was more interesting. My health or well-being came second to his conversation. There is my honest review.

I’m here now for 3 hrs 3/19/22 on a Saturday they have a handful of patients and I can’t get through smh I have never seen this in all my life, unless it’s an emergency room.

Jessica from Lauder-lakes has Amazing customer service! She helped me so much. Another employee must have been unaware of how certain things go but she adjusted everything and even gave me an appt the same day! She was attentive and genuine and I appreciate having someone like her at my doctors office !!

Needed to see a sports medicine physician. I made an appointment to see Dr. Goldman - he is terrific. I'm getting great care for my knee and am seeing excellent results. I highly recommend Dr. Goldman.

I had an issue and needed help with an order from a virtual visit. I came to the Lauderdale Lakes office without an appointment and Alafia greeted me and asked how she could help. She took the initiative and researched next steps. She went over and beyond assisting me contacting the manager at the other location ensuring my order was sent to the imaging facility. Thank you so much for providing exemplary customer service.

Dr Goldman is the best shoulder was hurting so bad came to see him he sent me to do an x-ray came back with the results. He gave me a shot and my shoulder is feeling so much better . I have no complain. He’s great even help me with the work shoes because I’m a waitress and I am standing at all time.

I had a horrible experience at sanitas Ft. Lauderdale. They give you an appointment for blood work as a diabetic waited over 1 hr with fasting and it was not as busy but everytime i come to this sanitas its always a problem with them taking so long to be seen . Its not like i was seeing a doctor i was only there for blood work . They need to do better than that. This is the worse sanitas to go dont go there if you are not prepared to be there all day even for a simple thing.

Helpful and kind staff. I did not have to wait long. Caramel was my ultrasound tech and she walked me through the process very well. My first appointment did not work out but she was able to reschedule me again without having to charge me for the next appointment, which is appreciated. Her bedside manner is also fantastic.

Their communication is deplorable. They encourage communicating via their app, but the messages are either unmonitored or they are slow to take action. Their lack of action has caused me to lose appointments. They wouldn’t understand urgent or emergency if it hit them over.

I would like to give a great review about my wonderful experience with doctor Goldman and his assistant Nancy.Since the beginning of this year until now, I have received the attention. I came in January with a severe pain in my back and basically everywhere, and now with their help and guidance I feel wonderful. Love this place, best primary I've had! The Oakland park center is calm and efficient. My nurse Cassie (I believe) and my doctor had wonderful bedside manor, very soft spoken and gentile. Luisa Barbosa was so kind and helpful, she checked in on me when I had been waiting an extra second to make sure I wasn't aimlessly waiting. Angie in the blood work clinic was tactful and like lightning, I don't think I was even in there for 5 min. Overall the experience was and continues to be wonderful. There are so many friendly, welcoming faces taking care of everyone here. Also, they all appear to be multi lingual and not just at this branch. The cleanliness deserves acknowledgment too!

The entire staff is polite and helpful, young lady in the front Manuela is exceptionally kind and helpful. Been to a couple of Sanitas location Lauderdale Lakes is by far my favorite! Thank you for such excellent care.

The office is clean, spacious and organized and modern. Two assistant greeted my husband and I. Luisa was one of them that was completely resourceful; she helped navigate the room and provided important information, even offered water and coffee. My husband and I was seen by the doctor and had lab works, we were done within an hour. Smooth and effective visit with ease.

Ms. Luisa Barbosa is always so friendly, hospitable and ready to serve when you walk through the doors. I look forward to seeing her whenever I'm here.

Day before my appointment they call me 3 times to confirm the appointment. Day of, show up at 11:20 for my 11:40 appointment and the front desk greets me with “did someone call you? The doctor had to cancel your appointment today and we can reschedule”. This is after i drove 30 minutes to get there. They showed 0 consideration for my time, did not call to express the cancellation, and showed no apology whatsoever. If this is how they act with appointments i can only imagine how they handle their medical advice. Save your time, concerns, and peace of mind - go anywhere else

I want to take this opportunity to thank doctor Rogelio Rodriguez for his remarkable care and professionalism. I have been a patient of doctor Rodriguez for many years. His professionalism coupled with his kindness truly helps me feel confident and assured that he is providing the best care possible for my health conditions. In several occasions I have been home bound and he always takes the time to call and follow up on the status of my conditions. In the world we live in sometimes it may be hard to find doctors to provide such continuity of care. I am sure that Sanitas Medical Center values and acknowledges the remarkable service that doctor Rodriguez is providing to his patients.

Dr. Benitez and Val are the best! Great customer service and very interested in my husband's well being. We have been to several doctors to figure out what's causing his pain and none were even close to how invested Dr. Benitez is. Also, Val at the reception desk was extremely helpful, had a great attitude, and checked on us regularly to make sure we were happy and taken care of. Definitely recommend this location 👌

The service that I received from my recent visit was really outstanding, he is very patient and kind most importantly the lady that does my AKG was unbelievable I never met someone that super nice and go over and beyond to help. After one month waiting for my appointment which is at 1 PM and I got there 15 minutes before and i been waiting for more than 1 hour and 25 minutes and I didn’t see any body and I saw people coming after me and get before me

I received a postcard in the mail to book an appointment as a new patient. I spoke with a rep , she wasn't really focused. While talking with her the phone disconnected. Find out she went and booked my appointment without confirming the date with me. Each person I spoke with the phone disconnected no one called me back. Will I go there as a new patient ? No.

It is always a pleasure to visit this Sanitas location in Lauderdale Lake. They definitely have no competition. Here all the staff is focused on meeting the objectives and representing Sanitas Medical Center in a high way, framed in an environment of cordiality, respect and empathy for its patients. We have had the opportunity to be treated by most of your doctors and all of them strive to provide wonderful care as well as the front desk staff and Dra.Magaly, manager of this location. The absolute worst in every single way possible. Nothing with this chain of centers is patient friendly. I have thrown my hands up in the air from the frustration I've had to endure with this company! Do not waste your time here!

The Medical assistant at this place is very rude, judgmental and should just stick to what her job description is! Not professional at all and acted like she was in a rush however, Dr. Mythili Penugonda was very nice, helpful and patient. UPDATE: IVE TRIED TO CONTACT THEM THROUGH THE EMAIL THEY GAVE ME AND STILL NO RESPONSE YET!

Doctor Jorge Benitez is above amazing, i really have great visit for my headache. he is truly good doctor and make me feel less stress with my sickess, he even brought me a water and a headache pill to release my headeache, make me feel so caring. thanks so much again

Dr. Goldman is so awesome. He explained everything to my understanding. He is very thorough. I was able to get the correct diagnosis and by the time I left the office I was feeling so much better and days after felt 100% better. If you are looking to get rid of chronic pain Dr. Goldman is the doctor to see. Very kind and professional.
