Great views from 2nd and 3rd floor rooms. Easy access to a very nice pool/patio, which is right on the beach. The pool/patio has plenty of room for sunning but also has a small, shaded, beach view canopy area with tables and chairs. This area is adjacent to an air-conditioned sitting room with restrooms available inside. You will find the beach entrance and fresh water rinse is right in front of you. There is no walk to the beach. If you are at the pool, you are at the beach. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas are available. What a pleasant surprise. The beach is wide, clean, and happens to be free of dune grass in front of Costa Del Sol. There is plenty of room to have your own space. Finally, the village and pier is only about 2 blocks away. This stretch of beach does not allow buildings taller than 4 stories making it quaint. In the village you will find plenty of interesting restaurants and shops. We count ourselves lucky to have stumbled upon this place.

This is an amazing small resort, literally on the beach of the Atlantic. So many beach resorts are huge, expensive and impersonal... At Costa del Sol, there are less than fifty rooms in the whole resort, with but six suites having porches or balconies to a beautiful ocean view. Raul is an amazing host/clerk.. If you have any questions, he's the guy to go to. Highly recommend!

Just completed my fourth visit to this small, beach-side, family-oriented resort. They've responded well to the challenges of COVID-19. Staff are very friendly. Pool is always clean and the ocean is only ~150 feet away. Highly recommend!

Great location. Right on the ocean. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops and other places. Clean rooms with everything you will need. Just bring clothes, swimsuit and a toothbrush. They provide everything else!

What a nice relaxing resort on the beach! Rooms were updated and nicely decorated. The bed and the couch weren't the most comfortable but we survived. Staff was very friendly except the man that checked us in. The other man, Rob or Ron (can't remember his name but he wore a visor) was very helpful and friendly. Restaurants are within walking distance along with a mix of shops. No one there pushing timeshare which was a plus. They have a large grill in the pool area that several people used. Hot tub was a plus. There was construction going on to upgrade the building but never was a problem. They provide chairs and umbrellas to take on the beach. We definitely will go back! My only recommendations are to put slip guards in the tub and there's a room by the pool that has coffee all day but my recommendation is possibly supply fruits and snacks to purchase during the day. Short stroll to the pier if you are interested in fishing. We saw manatee swim by while we were on the beach besides the dolphin.

Location, cleanliness, right on the beach, exceptionally beautiful 1-bedroom suite. Nice pool. We spent only 3 nights here and fell in love with this place…especially our unit. We will definitely be back!

Sadly here while major updates were going on. I'm sure it'll be even better when it's done. My sole complaints, workers dragging (I believe) the garbage cans and recycling bins from floor levels to ground levels early in the morning. They need to place them on wheeled carts, the noise sounded like a jetplane landing in your room. And after a heavy rain, the water collects on the balcony 2-3" deep and takes hours to move. Fairly dangerous depending upon your footwear. Kitchens need at minimum salt and pepper packets, please.

Little slice of paradise in a quiet area of town. Private pool and beach, you can't beat it.

My wife and I love it at Costa Del sol. The beach is one of my favorites in the US. The staff is always helpful and amiable. Everything is walking distance. A rental car is not necessary. Can no wait for my next trip.

Been our home away from home since 1988. Lots of cosmetic work going on now but the workers are very quiet…should be fantastic by 2024! Staff is just as amazing as they’ve always been and units are clean as can be.

This is a timeshare hotel. Most folks here own a week or more, and deeds are coveted so much they're passed down through generations. The staff is friendly, like it's their home too. Off the beach, just past the cans bobbing 300 yards offshore are three reefs that make this the shore diving or snorkeling capital of the USA with a max depth of only 17-feet. "Downtown" is just two blocks north with enough restaurants to feed you every day for a week or more withoutgetting bored. Outdoor bars have generous happy hours and the food is above average to very good. This really is an "Old Florida" gem.

Costa Del sol is an amazing place to relax, unwind and forget about your worries. It was the greatest vacation I’ve had with my wonderful wife father and mother n law. Will definitely come again

This us actually an "Old Florida" timeshare without any of the typical timeshare BS. It is well run and managed, the people who work here are like family, and the location can't be beat locally. Most "residents" own multiple weeks. Yet, it's affordable with $2,500 for an off-season deed plus about $600 annual maintenance and taxes, which can be recouped on sale or renting your week if you can't come. For more information about the location look up Lauderdale by the Sea, which is the shore diving and snorkeling capital of the 48 contiguous states and has a thriving little dining and entertainment town center about two blocks north.

Amazing place! Relax and disconnect by the sea. We had a lovely time here! The only con is that the unit rental is a bit shady. This resort should have online booking and a map of the property. This would be way more transparent and easy for the customers.

Loved it! Very clean, very spacious apt, everything you need is right here and if not you walk 2 blocks down the street where there are restaurants, bars and shopping. The front desk guy Raul is not what you would call a “Great Customer Service person” he just handed us paperwork to fill out and then sat back down in his chair without saying a word, we stood there waiting for a quick overview and synopsis about the property, where to parking, amenities etc So either Raul has been there a long time and is to comfortable in his position or he’s new.....either way he needs some brushing up on his people skills. We also had Luis, pretty sure he was the maintenance man. HE WAS AWESOME! (I know this because I am a Customer Service Manager for a 93 billion dollar retail company)
