Replying to the companies reply on my review: I would strongly recommend properly researching an encounter prior to responding with an absolute lie. I arrived with the appropriate documentation and immediately forwarded it to the specified employee with no issue. Thank you for confirming my comments that this is ABSOLUTELY not the place to go, as you would rather put blame on your patients than acknowledge the inefficiency of your process. Came in for a drug test and had to wait about 2 hours to be seen. Go to any other urgent care because this one doesn't care. Was told after an hour of waiting I could go to another location of theirs that is 15 minutes away. Then was finally told after waiting here I'd be called next and they called someone else next instead of me. Very unprofessional and unorganized.

This was one of the nicest urgent cares I’ve ever been too. The receptionist ladies were wonderful and the PA Dr. Celina Costa I think? Nicest lady on earth and super knowledgeable. She even cracked jokes! If it were up to me, I’d make her my permanent doctor. 10/10 would recommend if you need a quick fix or some advice on a medical issue.

I’m not sure what happened. But my experience was the absolute worst. Waited 4 hours just to be seen. Another 1.5 hours for X-ray. Another hour to see doctor about X-ray. I could likely have done better in an ER. unbelievably not one person in the waiting room with me. The place was deserted. It sure where the staff went but they werent there.

I went to urgentmed on 10/10/22 around 6:45pm. All the staff, and nurses was very professional and helpful especially the P.A. Celina. She was very nice and kind. I was in a lot of pain and she called the next day to make sure I was okay. This was the best service I had in years.

The staff is friendly except for front desk. Front desk is kinda pushy and rude. I went in for a pre employment drug test the the medical staff in the back are super nice but the front desk was super rude. This one lady(didn’t get her name) took my paper work and information like she didn’t want to be there and was just doing whatever. She may have had a bad day who knows but horrible first impression. Medical staff are amazing though and super friendly.

Upon arrival at the clinic I was greeted with welcoming and pleasant smiles by the front office employees. The nurse whose name I forgot was exceptional and very friendly and professional se reminded me of a favorite niece. Dr Penu was an Angel his bedside manners was very professional but at the same time friendly and comforting something that most doctors don’t have anymore. This is my second time here and will highly recommend the services at this location. I go out of my way just to come to this location. My only fault is I wish they had a private practice ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I had a great experience with P.A. Celina she was truly fantastic!!! She listened to what I was experiencing and took excellent care of me. I would 1000% recommend to anyone. I'm very thankful for the excellent care I received, and the wonderful bedside manner. Very rare to find these days!

I'm a vet and was in need of care without going to my local VA outpatient center. UrgentMed was recommended by the VA nurse I spoke to. I could not have been more pleased with the care i received. From the moment I entered the facility the staff was pleasant and helpful. I was seen in less than 30 minutes which is outstanding IMO. The Dr was very knowledgeable and extremely thorough. A course of treatment was prescribed and I was feeling 90% better by the following day. Highly recommend for any care needed withstanding major medical.

Highly recommend coming to the Plantation UrgentMed, the staff is so friendly and helpfu! The Dr. Is extremely knowledgeable, she gives great detail into what your visit purpose is, the fastest and best experience I have had at a Urgent Care facility. Took my seven year old son to UrgentMed. Everyone from the staff up front, the nurse, the doctor all were kind, friendly and patient. They made my son feel very comfortable and were so kind to him. They were thorough and professional. Great experience, thank you!

Dr. Howeedy Ahmed is absolutely AMAZING. I have been dealing with some health issues and no one would listen. He immediately ran some test because he knew what I was describing meant some serious issues. I am so happy I now have a diagnosis to look after my health and I am forever grateful to him for really showing concern. I highly Recommend him should anyone have some issues and is feeling unheard. And I also want to express how fabulous the whole entire staff from the front desk to the nurse and everyone I saw that day. My gratitude to each and everyone of them. Thank you 🙏

It is best to book an appointment here because they are busy! I booked an appointment for same-day, within the hour. The PA Costa was kind, attentive, and caring. She listened and restated concerns. She brought me a satisfactory solution for my issue. Make sure you wear a mask!

Best experience I’ve had in an urgent care. Service was very professional and caring, all the staff was truly worried and doing everything they could to make me feel good and care for, Celina, the doctor is very knowledgeable and helped me feel better immediately plus was able to diagnose what was going on with me after been sick for almost 2 months. Dr Costa was so nice and understanding. She listened to me and explained the treatment and everything that was happening. The staff at the front desk are very nice as well. The nurse that gave me the injection I needed, Luz, was a sweetheart and I didn't even feel it. I always go to this place and I always have a great experience. But today it was 1000%

This was great for my special needs son.Everything was smooth especially since I did all the paperwork online before coming to the appointment. Staff and doctor were great. My son was diagnosed and we got meds sent to pharmacy quickly. I will be using them again as needed in future.

Even though I wasn't feeling well, the staff at UrgentMed treated me well. The MA that did my Flu, strep and Covid test was bubbly and very professional at the same time. It made the swabs in my nose and throat not so bad. I would definitely recommend.

Great Doctor and nurse. Kind hearted and understanding. They both took the time to speak to me and calm my nerves. That’s a rare thing to see now a days. I definitely recommend them and will go back if needed.

I am encouraged to share, because the physician we saw, (Dr. Prem), was amazing! I don’t think I’ve ever come across a better bedside manner. He explained everything very clearly and spoke to my child directly in a sweet, respectful way. He made sure she knew he was interested, listening, and taking her seriously. His assistant was also very kind. She actually carried my seven year old back to the room after her x-rays!!! Even the staff up front were helpful. Check in was quick and they apologized for the wait. They even brought us water bottles. All together, they have a truly Incredible staff.

I went in tonight to get some sutures removed. Everyone was extremely friendly, and I am very happy that I came here for care. The office is very clean, the receptionist was very kind, the young gentleman that did my intake was very nice, and the doctor that removed my sutures was awesome. I would recommend this Urgentmed to anyone close to me, that I just met, and to anyone who reads this review. Thank you for the care tonight! :)

Dr. Celina was wonderful! Right from the start she figured what was wrong with me and ran test to confirm and form an action plan. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly that was to follow and provided exceptional care. Definitely will come back yo this location because of her care.

I set up an appointment and completed all paperwork before I arrived. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The nurse was kind, professional and put you right at ease. The Doctor was easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable right away. I will definitely go back if needed and would recommend this place to anyone who likes to be treated as a person and not as a number.

I WOULD NOT recommend this place The physicians here do not care about you I was given medication without medical results after blood was drawn no one felt the need to call me and let me know of my results and no one answers or responded to my email I was referred here after going to a minute clinic but I was treated way better there even tho they couldn’t help me So please do not waste your time if you want proper medical care

Great service! The provider I saw, she is awesome, great bedside manners, she cares. If it wasn't an Urgent Care I will make her my primary doctor.

I had a really painful, ugly cyst (I think) on my chin. My cheeks, my chin, my glands, and part of my neck were swollen because of it. Dr. Celina made me feel SO much better by explaining exactly what she was going to do, and although I am petrified of needles, nothing could hurt worse than the pain I was already feeling. She talked me thru the entire process, made sure I was okay, asked if I needed breaks, etc. I’m so glad I chose to go to UrgentMed in plantation. Her bedside manner was amazing, she answered all my questions… I just can’t say enough good things about her and the rest of the staff there. The wait time wasn’t bad at all, either. THANK YOU, Dr. Celina!!!!

Hands down the best experience I've had with a medical institution. Made an appointment online and was immediately contacted to work out insurance issue. Decided to just pay myself and work the insurance claim later - they called the insurance company and worked things out - all this before my appointment. Showed up a little early and they were all ready for me. Was seen immediately upon walking in by a nurse to take all my vitals, then waited only 5 minutes until I was seen by the doctor/PA. Fastest, most customer-oriented visit EVER.

Friendly staff, walked in there was no wait. It took longer to fill out the paperwork then anything. The nurse that took my vitals was very sweet. I saw the PA who was awesome, she explained everything called my Scripps into my pharmacy and off I went. I was in and out within 45 minutes.

The attention during my first walk in and the follow up appointment a week late, was a breeze. Everyone was very professional and effective. Dr. C. Costa gave me the correct prescription for my issue which has improved my health to 90%.

Dr. Costa is superb! Really the nicest and best help I’ve ever received at at Urgent Care. She’s kind and she really cares about your health. And everyone in the building is so considerate and helpful!

The staff, nurse and PA were all so kind and positive. The facility was clean and it was a quick, yet thorough visit. I recommend coming here!

Everyone was great! I had my son with me and they we’re so helpful with watching him while I got an X-ray. I wish she could my doctor too…like the lady below posted.
