I can’t say thank you enough to the staff at Baptist Urgent Care. I literally walked in at 9:56pm and they took such great care of me when I desperately need them. The facility was very clean, professional and easy to get to. Had the worst night but thanks to them I was able to go home knowing I’d received the best care possible. If you’re ever in need of an urgent clinic this is the place to go without a doubt.

I have been to this location a few times for various reasons in the past year and a half and each time has been a positive experience. As a nurse, I pay more attention to the flow of a department as well as the attitudes of the individuals working in it and I can tell these individuals love to work there. They were very welcoming and expedited my care so I could get back home to breastfeed my baby. Knowing that I was breastfeeding, they were attentive to my needs and offered on multiple occasions water and other fluids. Everyone was really nice, the department is clean and everything was explained very well. They genuinely seemed to care which is sometimes lacking in this healthcare climate. All in all, 10/10 experience.

From the moment I walked in the door I was impressed. The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness, not only of the waiting area but the grounds and facilities as a whole. Once I was back in the room the staff were over accommodating. I went in for an elbow injury and they were incredibly attentive and kind - even to the point that i was shivering from the ice on my arm and they brought heated blankets and wrapped them around me to keep me warm. My experience last night showed me that Baptist Health Urgent Care definitely stands out from the rest - you're more than just a number. You could tell they were busy but they were still so nice. It's a rarity these days to find people who are happy at work and treat their clients well. I hope my experience with ortho will be just as amazing - I may end up switching my primary care over to a Baptist office. Great job to your team! I appreciated them making a frustrating situation at least as enjoyable as it could be under the circumstances.

Amazing customer service by the staff. Very professional and courteous. The physician, nurse, and medical assistants listened very well and we were able to make the best decision for my health. I truly appreciate the entire teams effort.

Brand new urgent care, beautiful inside! Friendly staff. I was the 6th person of the morning so thankfully there was plenty of staff to be seen quick. They really took the time though to listen. My nurse had to calm my nerves because I was super nervous but she brought me water and all to relax. Very thoughtful! Only thing I didn’t like was there’s not real privacy when you walk in and you tell the front desk your reason for your visit.

I arrived with a sore throat that lasted for several days. After signing in, the wait time before I was called in was about 30-40 minutes. All the nurses and doctors that interacted with me were kind and compassionate. I did have to wait for about another 30-40 minutes before two nurses took my vitals and asked me to explain why I was there and ran some tests. It is understandable, seeing as though this was a walk-in clinic with no need for an appointment. After about an hour the doctor saw me and told me what he thought was wrong. About 15 minutes later, I was on my way out with prescriptions. They even told me which pharmacy was still open so I can get my medicine that night.

Our family (including 2 kids under 3) has been using the Plantation location of Baptist Health Urgent care for about 2 years. We’ve had nothing but positive experiences. They staff is always friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Wait times are minimal as well. I recommend this location to family and friends often. I call it our “hidden gem” when we are desperate for an appt/be seen by a doctor.

The staff was very nice & I was seen within 15 minutes of me walking in the door & filling out paperwork. The staff was very kind & quick to do tests & get the results back in a timely manner. My whole visit was probably 20-25minutes MAX! Everything inside is also very very clean. Usually you walk into an Urgent Care & it’s gross has a weird smell. No this one was clean & you could smell the products. You can also tell that the stall if professional & certified. You are treated like you are in a hospital but 10 times better. I would 1000% go back.

Very Good 1st visit. Completely satisfied. Staff, especially, Receptionist, Nurses and Doctors as best as possible. Even under the circumstances (Ill health) I'm happy with U Guys, THX!! :)

I have visited this facility 3 times with my children; 2 of the 3 times I have needed to get second opinions from somewhere else within a few days. The nurses have always been amazing, the providers on the other hand always seemed in a rush and did not do a thorough job. I am so disappointed at the level of care, it is really concerning. I will definitely not be visiting any of Baptist’s facilities ever again.

I came into Urgent Care due to a problem with my ankle, therefore, I could barely walk. The staff helped me too take care of all my paperwork and get me in the back speedily. The customer service and friendliness made me feel better overall and then the ability to have the on-site medication was a plus.

This urgent care facility was the best, I've been to. Clean, nice location and friendly staff. We were greeted by security upon arrival. Registration was quick and the young lady was kind to my son. She made him feel comfortable. The PCT, Antron was great with my son the whole time. He informed us of everything that was going on.

I visited this Urgent Care due to what I found out was a kidney stone. Everything was clean and calm from registration to getting meds from the digital pharmacy dispensary. I didn't have to go to my local pharmacy and wait. By the time I walked out I had everything I needed even a CD-Rom copy of my ct scan that was done that I asked for and was done within 10 minutes. Nothing but Fast & efficient care from staff. Thankful to have a reputable Urgent Care here in Davie.

I recently visited this urgent care facility, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The wait time was minimal, which was a big relief. The medical team, including the doctor and nurses, were highly professional and knowledgeable. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, which is especially important in a healthcare setting. The whole experience was efficient, and I felt like my visit was a top priority for everyone involved. Thank you Baptist Health Urgent and all staff.

My husband and I both went this morning because we woke up sick with congestion. It was our first time at Baptist Urgent Care and it was an exceptional facility and experience with wonderful staff from the front desk to the nurses to the Dr! Beautiful and clean facility!! We were both treated with care and professionalism! If I could give ten stars I would! Highly recommend!

Urgent care: Very helpful staff…from the cleaning staff to the security staff. Both whom helped me tremendously to get a wheelchair and get to where I needed to be. The check in girl, Melanie, and process went very smooth, quick and easy. No wait to be seen. Nurse, Seth, was very good as was the X-Ray tech. The room, and whole, place was clean and comfortable. Hopefully I won’t need to…but if I do, this is where I’m going.

EXCELLENT! This place is amazing. 100%recomnend it. Clean, fast, friendly, hi tech...took care of me faster than I ever thought. They have it all...what blew me away was the pharmacy vending machine!! The experience was awesome. Thank you again!!

First time at this lication. Customer service ics was great. Front desk lady helped me signing in because the app did not take me anywhere. My nurse was great. She gave me more info and advice than the doctor. She was very pleasent.

That’s my second time at baptist the reception area provides a great welcoming Fast registration process using updated technology. Waiting is minimum. The doctor provides the time to listen to your symptoms and give prompt recommendations on tests for fast results. Any prescribed medication will be ready before the end of your visit. The Pharmacy Department right away gives you a call to make sure medication is ready to pick up in the same premises. Baptist Outpatient is something to admire and keep in mind for future needs.

I was absolutely pleased, staff and doctor were extremely helpful and nice! Dr.Stanley was very knowledgeable about my condition and I'm truly grateful for him and his staff for a job well done. I would definitely recommend Baptist Health Urgent Care to everyone because they go above and beyond to help you and get you treated.

Everyone that had a part in my care was extremely nice and caring of my health situation. The facility was very clean and everything that I would imagine a urgent care facility to be. The wait time was prompt at each of the steps during my visit and even when there was a delay, someone on staff would notify me of the delay and correct estimation of time before test results would become available. Overall, it was an excellent visit.

The waiting room, and rooms were very clean. I really liked how the nurses and doctors showed concern and attention to the reason what brought us there. Thank you for making Aneetrea feel comfortable. I've never been to Baptist Health Urgent Care, but now it will be on my list of great care.

From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by the friendly and welcoming staff who made me feel at ease. The medical team was quick to assess my condition and provided prompt and effective treatment. They took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The facilities were clean and modern, and the wait time was minimal. Overall, I was extremely impressed with my experience at the Urgent Care at Baptist Health Plantation. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of prompt and reliable medical attention. Thank you to the entire team for their excellent care!

Can't say enough good things about the crew at Plantation Urgent Care. David-RN- phenomenal bedside care, pleasant and attentive. Chelsea- excellent job reflects her personality Katie- outstanding job obtaining images with patient care in mind. Dr. Stanley- Amazing care, very articulate and most of all listened to my concerns and explained plan of care thoroughly. My apologies if I left anyone out. Overall hands down from arrival to discharge, Plantation Urgent Care sets the bar high and should be commended for providing great service.

I am so pleased with my entire experience at Baptist Health. The minute I walked in I was greeted and assisted then a wonderful young lady Ashley placed my arm band on and asked if I needed anything. Within minutes, I was ushered in by a nurse then seen by a doctor. And to top it off they had the prescriptions right there for purchase. Everything was digital too! A+ operation!

Was able to get chest x-ray and prescription filled. This facility and staff I had the pleasure of knowing cares about the patient and well-being Please don't ever change or allow Covid to be the reason you stop caring. Patients like me truly appreciate you and the work you do!!

Shirley (RN) was amazing! She took care of me so so well and made me feel very comfortable throughout my entire visit, she was kind, caring and communicated well on everything that was going on. Felt like I was being cared for by my mom. Also Ashley from the reception was very welcoming and friendly, made me feel super comfortable and we actually talked a bit as if we were friends. You don’t ever get this amazing service at any urgent care or even at hospitals. They were both wonderful , thank you ladies !

Updated review: took my infant son here today for an ear infection. Another 5 star experience. All staff from front desk to the nurses and doctors were amazing. The wait was a little long but totally understandable as there were many different patients needing attention and only 1 doctor. Everyone was so nice and helpful and made sure I was comfortable while waiting for the doctor to see my baby. Very thankful for this place!
