If you’re looking for a great place to live with reliable staff, this is the place for you. I’ve lived in quite a few different apartments across the Midwest and have never encountered management as amazing as Arbor Ridge’s. Crystal and Jon are extremely friendly and will go above and beyond to accommodate you. When moving out I was genuinely disappointed in knowing the next place I live will most likely not have staff as committed to residents as they are at Arbor Ridge.

Went for a showing the manager is a complete “blonde” and ditz. Units are listed that aren’t available. There wasn’t any floor plans for showing. Waste of time and gas!!!! Very unprofessional.

My Fiance and I lived here for about a year and a half before we decided to move forward with a house. This was out first place together and we thoroughly enjoyed it! We were sad leaving since our apartment was everything we needed. We loved having our own garage and private patio. It was quiet and security was added over night just recently. We never had any issues except some things outside our control. Management was responsive and maintenance was wonderful. Everyone we came across were friendly. We will miss the community. Thank you for a wonderful year and a half!

Great place to live. Let us upgrade to a bigger unit midway through our lease. Office staff is fantastic and accommodating. The end of our time there was not great because of some awful neighbors and their untrained dogs. Management was helpful through everything and we left happy after all was said and done. If we ever move to an apartment again I hope it can be as nice and well managed as Arbor Ridge. Thanks Jon, Crystal and team.

Arbor Ridge is a very nice and quiet community! I can relax on my balcony and enjoy a a peaceful sitting! The lot is always clean! My leasing agent Kate was very helpful upon moving in and made sure any issues that needed to be handled were taken care of! Nice stainless steal appliance’s and new carpet which I love!

I toured these apartments. The leasing agent, Kate, was amazing and so helpful! The one bedroom apartments I toured were spacious and had all updated appliances. If my circumstances hadn’t changed at the last minute, I would have signed a lease here. Will definitely keep in mind for the future.

Have been living at Arbor Ridge for almost 2 years. I truly love my place. Very peaceful for the most part. The leasing office staff directors Crystal Amanda and Jon have been nothing but amazing to me and my family. Very courteous and understanding and really make you feel a part of the community and are always willing to help in any way possible. If any problems arises on any situation they tackle it asap and the maintenance crew is great as well. I'm glad we decided to make the decision on moving here. It was a great move and we plan on being here for many more years to come. Keep up the great work Arbor Ridge team!!

So far the customer service here has been great. Kate and Jon’s hospitality overall is what we value the most.
