Receptionist and nurses were great! I was taken back to exam room where I waited for an hour and fifteen minutes. Dr came in and was there for five minutes. Said everything looks good your CT scan looks good, which showed he had not even looked at it. The reason I was referred was a cyst in one of my sinus cavities that showed up on my CT.When I stated this he said” oh yeah, we’ll keep an eye on that.” This is obviously a place that is in it for the money not the care of patients.

This place is overwhelmed and understaffed. There are a couple descent doctors, however, the entire system needs revamped. If you want to live, fight for yourself. Doctors wont do it. That's for sure. They are rude, dirty, unprofessional, and exhibit ZERO CARE. I have a year of videos to prove it. If you have cancer, be prepared for the fight of your life..literally. Insurance dictates lives. Doctors see you about 10 minutes while you are passed along from person to person with no explanations. You better pay your Bill's on time tho, or ,you can be dropped from a doctors care. This is a business. And they are making great money! The patient care however is below acceptable. One doctor didnt even have a working light to observe head and neck cancer?? There are good services offered here, but, not many good people to run it. Therefore, it's a testing center..not a care center.

If I could give no stars I would. I would like to state the receptionist, audiologist, and nurse assistant were very nice and professional. I was brought in on time for my appt and then I was sent to the exam room where I waited for almost 25 minutes for Dr. Larson. I saw him for less than 5 minutes. No apology for being late or anything. He rushed through everything, and to me he acted like he was in a hurry the whole time. I was the first appt of the day so how are you already late with no explanation? Patients are expected to be on time and so should the doctor especially when it's the first appt of the day. Once we were finished he handed me my chart and pointed me to the desk and quickly walked away. Most doctors I've seen usually walk you to the checkout, at least in my experience. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I'm hoping that he was having an off day, because everyone does occasionally. All his reviews have been positive from what I have read, and that is why I'm kind of baffled. For a first time experience I was not impressed.

I’ve been a patient here for about two years at the recommendation of my mom, who has seen Dr. Collins for ages. Generally I’ve been pleased with the care that I’ve received but recently I was in the waiting room and noticed a magazine spewing horrific anti-LGBTQ propaganda. I get that people are entitled to say and believe what they want but I am also entitled to an opinion and to me, it was simply unacceptable to have in a physician’s office. I will not be returning and I would STRONGLY advise any LGBTQ+ individuals to avoid this practice.

Have been to both the Hamilton and Englewood office to see Dr. Szelesty. The Englewood office is poorly marked inside, but keep on trying, he's worth the trouble!

Dr. Joshua S. Godsey is a very nice, considerate, and kind ENT specialist. Dr. Godsey is a very thorough doctor that explains everything to you in detail. I didn’t feel rushed out of the office, and felt comfortable talking to him. I was also happy that my wait time to see the doctor was only about 15 min.

Dealt with Dr. Szelestey because I had Thyroid Cancer. He removed my thyroid and made sure I was taken care of properly. Everyone in this office is so nice and it's a good place to go if you need ENT Specialists.

Went here to have an MRI. They were friendly at the entrance and helpful getting me to where I needed to go. Got checked in quickly and didn't have to wait long before being taken back for my MRI. The MRI itself was, as usual, very easy. The tech did a great job and made the process smooth and painless. Thank you!
