If you are a hardworking, hands-on person you likely know Duluth Trading Company. The clothes are practical, durable, and made for the person who works in construction, farming, or is about outside adventures or work of any kind. We went to find shorts for my husband and came out with some really great dry wicking cargos for $75 each. Other shorts were comparable. The goods are not cheap but durable and last a long time. Duluth also has a sense of humor with their “Buck Naked” underwear that tout man-friendly attributes and similar marketing. It’s the kind of place you smile through. The staff are friendly and attentive with their “no bull” customer service motto. They are real. Even the mannequins in the store have bodies that look like real people. The women’s clothing reflect the same solid Midwestern outlook on life, and there is a pet line that includes pieces from the same “fire hose” style that some of the popular men’s clothing has. This particular store is located near Hamilton Town Center but odd the beaten path enough that parking and access are easy and hassle free. I like to order online, but if you’re in a hurry or want to try something on fast, this is a good shopping experience.

My teenage son and I had a fantastic shopping experience at the Noblesville, IN store this morning. We were looking for a winter coat and the staff was quick to point us in the right direction. After my son tried on several coats Marley, who was tidying up a display nearby, asked us a few questions about the type of coat we were looking for. After showing us a couple of styles and explaining their features she said she thought there was a coat in the back room that might be perfect for him. She was back a minute later with a goose down filled coat that fit my son perfectly. The best part was that it was on clearance sale. I also appreciate the pleasant conversation I had with Marley while my son was trying on coats and admiring himself in the mirror. Comment for management: The store was spotless, as always, and the staff was courteous and attentive without being pushy. But Marley was a breath of fresh air and deserves a pat on the back.

One of the main things that keep me coming back to Duluth to shop the customer service. I ordered a pair of shorts offline that were one size too small. No problem taking the My return and ordering me a new pair sent directly to my house. The staff is super knowledgeable about everything that happens inside the store. It is refreshing but to get help searching for something and getting the correct answer.

I had an online order to pick up, and while I was waiting in line, another store associate saw I was looking at my phone for order info, and she ran back to get my order. That helped me and other customers move through faster. Great customer service!

The ladies working were amazing April and older lady (didn’t get her name) were just the sweetest and very helpful in assisting us with finding what we needed and gave great suggestions. Very knowledgeable about the products.

It is packed to the brim with merchandise. It can be difficult to find stuff because every time I go back, stuff has been moved. However, the staff is very helpful and competent.

They didn't have what I wanted but I will say the customer service was nice.

So many things to choose from. Great clothes. Lovely people to work with. Very helpful.
