DeWayne was excellent in his customer service. He gave me a tour of this wonderful facility and I immediately fell in love. If I lived in Indianapolis, this would be my daily lounge. Everyone needs to come visit this place. Walk in humidor was set to the right temp and the cigars I purchased tasted exactly how I anticipated. That’s the biggest fear when visiting a new lounge; will the flavor I’m expecting be right on point or no? I’d drive 500 miles just for this experience again. Nuff said.

Best night ever!!! Got to meet Mr. Rocky Patel. He is the coolest guy. There lots of people around him, trying to talk to him, and trying to take pics with him. And he never stopped smiling, he never shyed away, he engaged with everyone there. I now have major respect for him as a person. This place is an absolute must visit.

Felt like walking into a strip club with all the bouncers outside door . Was immediately told I needed a sleeved shirt but could go in and buy a cigar. My wife was also in a tank top but no problem for a women . So I told the bouncer I identify as women but was still allowed only to go in and buy a cigar. Sounds a bit sexiest huh.. anyway selection was nice and place looked nice. I bought a few cigars and enjoyed one walking around a beautiful city .

Good lounge, even better atmosphere!! Came on a Thursday night and it was a great time! The service was impeccable and they even had aDJ! She had the whole place jumpin’ with her tunes! Class. That's what you feel when you walk into Burn. From the lights to the walls to the seating, it all screams class. The waitress we had was dressed to impress and super helpful. The humidity was large and had a great selection. The prices were a little high but fit the place nicely. Only complaint was the pocket pizza we ordered for $10 was just a hot pocket. But it's still a great place to drink and smoke! Check it out if you're looking for a classy place to blaze!

Loved the atmosphere - Great for date night. The drink prices are outrageous, but expected from a place like this. All but one of the bartenders were helpful and plesant.

There is no longer a dress code or it’s not enforced. This is one of the more upscale cigar bars in the area. The only one to compare it to is Havana Cigar Lounge up north. No food, but a wide selection of bourbon and cigars.

Excellent experience. I went to their tasting event which is held the last Monday of each month and had an amazing time. A great experience for both those new to drinks and cigars and experienced aficionados. The staff was very present to answer any questions about pairings and both cigars and drinks. Definitely worth trying.

Great experience for a more sofisticated night out with friends or family. On a busy night, there may be cover charges, but the atmosphere is elegant and the cigar selection in their humidor is nice. The staff is friendly eith any questions on their drink menu and cigar knowledge. They do not offer food so be sure you eat before or after.

Met a new friend at BURN last night. Never been in before and not sure I'd go back. Waited at the front for a good 5 minutes and then started walking around to find someone to ask if I seat myself or keep waiting. Finally found a place that wasn't labeled "Reserved" and sat for a very long time before being asked if I'd been helped. Thankfully my friend had already gone to the bar to order. After more servers arrived for what looked like the start of their shift, not one person asked if we needed anything. Unsure if this is a place where you have to go to the bar to get your own drinks every time but definitely will not return for the service. The old fashioned was on fire tho! Stunning cocktail that may have redeemed this place for a return visit...if I could get service to order one.

I was unable to stay and smoke but it was a really nice place. They offered a great selection of cigars and a bunch of rocky Patel cigars of course. The humidor host was also pleasant and was great help when picking some cigars. Hope to get down there again to stay and smoke.

Usually enjoy this place. Stopped in yesterday for a quick cigar & cocktail. Ordered the Balenvie 12 double wood ($45 pour). Server overcharged me & brought me the 17 for double the price ($88); without confirming so I paid $90 for one scotch, that I didn’t order…. They’ve also added a daily cover. Go to Nicky Blaine’s, Blend, or Havana instead.

Totally mediocre experience. A cigar bar for those who prefer the thought of cigars rather than the enthusiast. Half the bourbons are unavailable. The whiskey prices are absolutely insane. Cigar selection isn’t bad. Extremely loud and difficult to talk, which is a key part of smoking cigars. Add all of this together with an included gratuity for terrible service, and it’s an absolute no-go. Do yourself a favor and go to Nicky Blaine’s instead.

This place has a nice setup/ambience to it. It has plenty of tv's to watch sports, seating is nice, and the men's restroom was clean. The bartenders were on their job as well as the guy inside the cigar humidor room. Never been upstairs though, yet where my group was, was suitable. They were completely out of Modelo the day I went, which influenced my rating. Nonetheless, it's a great place to go have a cigar, if you're into that.

It was a very nice vibe, great atmosphere for grown folks. I love the place can’t wait to visit again.

Place mostly empty. The few people inside were white. We got turned away for having on sweatsuits. He said hoodies and sneakers were okay (which all the white people inside were wearing) but not the pants. And even went so far as to say we could come back tomorrow with game gear on. But still he turned is away today. I repeat all the white people inside had on hoodies and sweatshirts.

I don't smoke but the vibe of this place is very sexy. I'm giving 4 stars because the way they seat people is very random and you have to stand quite a while even while other seating is open. This is Indy not Chicago so management should keep that in mind when designating seating.

Such a great place to enjoy a smoke with friends. We love hitting this place up, whenever in town. Cigars are a little high in price, but what do you expect in a bigger city.

Burn by Rocky Patel certainly leaves nothing to chance for all things high quality. A setting that brings nothing but comfort and luxury, a selection of classic beers and cocktails to leave you feeling good on the way out, and a cigar room with plentiful choices for which you can find the right one to last in your mouth. The only con I see from giving 5 stars is that it doesn't have a full staff kitchen to serve a menu of good food like other places like it would have. Overall this is a spot to be at Indy.

The two good looking guys out front that met me were so warm and welcoming. Making us laugh and feel invited. Had a great time with everyone that helped me from the staff and I can’t wait for my next adventure there

Brittany was our waitress and bartender. She was very sweet and made great drinks! We've had such a pleasant experience with the staff each time we've visited, and absolutely love the atmosphere. Worth the hour drive!

Too loud to be social, Too smoky to enjoy. Yes I realize it is a cigar bar, but a place this upscale should be able to manage the environment better than this. Staff was great and so was the selection, but could not stay long.

Went on a Saturday night and it was busy, which is totally ok. My issue was the atmosphere. Aesthetically it was trying to achieve swanky cigar lounge but then they had music blasting that made it feel like the club in college. This was accompanied by TVs with sports on giving the Buffalo Wild Wings vibes. Segregated these thing are great in their own space but when I went in expecting a chill atmosphere to have conversation and a good cigar/cocktail and I got what kind of felt like clubby casino vibes, it deters me from wanting to return. The 2 stars go to the cocktail I had because that was a pretty good old fashioned.

Hands down my favorite cigar bar. This place is very nice, not just by Indy standards, but by anyones standards. Lots of intimate spaces to sit with friends and a HUGE humidor. I would highly recommend the stop even if in town for a very short time!

Great selection of fine cigars in their humidor. Friendly staff. It's kind of funny they don't serve food but you can have food delivered to you by DoorDash or whoever.
