Used to be a great burger place. The last two times we've tried to visit they were closed early on a Saturday. Mind you, their sign says they close at 7pm on Saturdays. WHAT RESTAURANT CLOSES AT 7pm ON SATURDAY??? Very obvious the owners have lost interest in running a viable business. Won't be back.

I don’t know what happened to the burger quality or when it changed, but it is not what it used to be. The burger I had tonight reminded me of a school cafeteria, pre-made patty with a weird texture. I wouldn’t eat that again.

Came for Lunch with my wife earlier this week. As, she was ordering I watched the workers it was relatively busy. The older lady that was cooking was not very nice to the workers. I don’t know if she was the manager or not, it was uncomfortable to see. It’s so disappointing to see how downhill it’s gone. The food was good! and the workers were nice though.

The food was decent, after the girl behind the counter threw the food at me. I don’t know who she was or what she had going on that day but It was uncalled for and unprofessional. She had dark hair and lots of makeup. I don’t know her name.

Was disappointed that my burrito was fried. Tasted like a gas station burrito. Tater tots were gross. They are expensive.

Burrito Supreme made me feel like I was home. The flavor just jumps in your mouth causing a party for your taste buds!! Jalapeño poppers fogetboutit! Amazing!! Friendly people at the counter. Menu is full of exciting options

Really good! The Frito Pie Fries were awesome and the Mushroom Swiss Burger was good-topped it off with a root beer float and now I need a nap 😂 The eat-in area was clean and the employees had outstanding customer service! Definitely coming back!

I placed a lunch order, and the young man on the phone said it would be ready in 15 minutes. We drove over after 10-15 minutes and had to wait 30 more minutes. It was 100 degrees outside and even with AC, my kids were sweating. If they had just had the decency to tell us on the phone that it would be so long or when we pulled up, we could have done something else or gone home in the meantime. When I kindly voiced frustration, the woman who was cooking just acted frustrated at me. The young man was kind. It’s frustrating to spend almost $30 on this kind of experience. Updated: the owner contacted me and made it right.

This user to be a good place to eat. Food quality is going down and prices going up. I have recommended this place in the past but I'm really disappointed with the cheaper quality burger meat.

Great service from here and the only place I will order a burger that's in Brownwood. They have ice cream and floats to top it off and that makes me very happy as does the selection of specialty burgers and fries.

We are from out of town to watch our grandson play college football. Walked in with our MEDICAL SERVICE DOG and was denied service. I explained to the rude lady cooking but she told us to leave. There are ADA laws to protect me and my service animal, and she will soon find out that I was not lying when I told her she was breaking the law! So if you are a DISABLED VETERAN ...DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!!!

Nothing fancy, but the burgers are amazing. Friendly staff and exceptionally clean restrooms.

Classic burger and some crazy fry options

Ordered about 60$ worth of food and didn't even get the right sizes but was all charged for a large on almost everything i ordered. I usually would recommend this place but the last two times I've been the food wasnt the best and the person that took my order sounded like he rather be somewhere else wasn't a very good experience

Tasty burger and great service. I’d recommend a double patty. Seasoned fries were 100%! Also nice to have a milk shake made with real ice cream.

Got order wrong. Food quantity has shrank. Prices went up. Sad to see an iconic place go down the drain slowly

My favorite place to get an old-fashioned BLT. Call it in, they will bring it out to you (great for those of us with mobility concerns!)

The only thing I say they need to train their employees a little better only things that they consider a combo and the price for it on the hamburgers and how to press things I did a great job on the food they always do they that's a great place to eat it's not totally anybody's fault it's just a some of the employees need to be trained a little bit better on the prices of things they were very polite very cordial and I'll go back there any time

Food was great and the employees were super nice. We got the cheeseburger, chili cheeseburger, seasoned fries and strawberry milkshake. The milkshake is amazing highly recommend.

Triple T is a laid-back burger joint that is perfect for a quick bite. I love the selection of burgers on the menu and the staff is always nice. The fries are my favorite, you've gotta get the seasoned fries though! And if you're like me which is on the the unhealthy side add some nacho cheese and japs on that baby. 🥳😋Triple T is a must-visit on my list of burger joints.
