We normally love Heffs. Today, it was not the usual. Staff at front were being loud about a mix up they had. After we ordered, we couldn't find one clean table. Bathrooms were dirty and had no hand towels. Food is normally high but it was hard to be okay with it when the place felt trashed. Not sure we will return.

This was my first time eating at a Heff's Burgers. The first thing I noticed were the prices were a little on the high end for a burger joint. It was $30 dollars to feed my wife and I, plus a kids meal (which is just as much as a regular meal). I had no issues with the customer service, they were friendly, and courteous. The food itself comes in very large portions. The kids meal was enormous and my daughter couldn't eat but about a quarter of it. The burger patties are also very huge, but pretty good. Ultimately, I feel that the price should be lowered just a bit, as I don't feel the burger justified being as much as it was. But I would probably eat there again. All in all, I'd give it a 4/5 for good customer service, good tasting food, but I feel that's it's a little too pricey.

One of the best burgers I have had in a long time. Plenty to eat, hot, fresh and friendly service. Highly recommend!

$15.43 for the standard Heff burger with bacon and cheese, small fry, and doctor pepper. Seems very high. Got to the window and they told me they were out of Doctor pepper, no big deal. Then I waited for 23 minutes before they came out with my cold food. Burger was missing bacon. Had to ask for that again. Gravy was missing. Had to ask for that again. Turns out they ran out. Lol, nice people but they butchered my order in 2 ways and they didn’t have lots of items in stock. Won’t be back

They were short-handed like everyone these days. The workers were so nice and apologetic. The burgers and fries were way over-priced and less than mediocre. First and last time there.

The place was very clean. The food was very delicious and the fries were very addictive! I got the Mushroom Swiss Burger & my nana got the Heffs Burger! I do recommend! I took pictures of the menu!

S L O W food service. After being ignored for five minutes standing in front of the counter making consistent eye contact with a female in headphones, a person emerged from the back to take my order. Apparently drive-thru customers have a higher priority. My burger (room temperature) and cold onion rings arrived approximately ten minutes later. I’d fully finished my meal while my friend (who ordered next after me) finally got his. Food = okay. Worth the cost and the wait? Absolutely not. Burger King has 2for1 Whoppers just as good if not better.

Great burgers! Sides (fries n onion rings) were very good. A bit pricey but that's not a reason to keep me away. Friendly folks. Clean restrooms. Good experience. *update* visit one year later: Grilled chicken salad was good but it had grilled mushrooms and jalapeno on it?? Not listed on menu as ingredients...girlfriend did not like... Mushroom Swiss burger was good, a bit bland. Twister fries were meh....... Not much more than a 2 star experience this time around, rather disappointed.

They staff was very friendly upon entering, they were all very helpful with our selections and it had to be one of the best burgers we have ever had. We grill alot and the seasoning was on point!! We will be back. We hunt here every year, this will be our new burger joint!!

Can’t even make a review about the food because I haven’t received it yet. First time here, came in through the drive through, we paid, they gave us our drink and then we sat there for 40 minutes without anyone checking on us! I honked and finally had to pull around and come inside and stood at the counter for another 5 minutes without even being helped. When they gave me my order it was missing one of the burgers. I only ordered TWO burgers. Late back to work from Lunch and don’t even have time to eat. Will never go back. Terrible.

I love there food. I like going in, ordering and eating there. The decor is fantastic. The food is excellent. The service is great. Its always clean. Love love love 💘 Heffs Burgers!!! If your passing by, and your hungry for a burger and fries. Try it, I know you'll love it to. And; the house sauce is delicious, you can even buy bottles to take home and use. Its good with many things as well. 100% rating from my whole family for this establishment. Thank you:)
