Really enjoyed the atmosphere!! Our server was super sweet and very helpful... when I asked if they could make something special... they really listened and said they would look in to making this particular thing! Our chef was super funny! Our food was cooked to perfection! Left overs for sure!!!!!

I can't even begin to explain how terrible our experience was here. #1 they were grabbing the waitress, roughly in the kitchen and slapping her hands. She was coming to our table in tears. #2 they fired her for the mistakes, that they made themselves. She left as we were leaving. #3 they charged us for dinner, but brought us lunch. Even though our tag clearly said dinner and was numbered correctly. We had the waitress show us. #4 we sat at our table and not at the grill table because I had my 4 month old daughter with us and I didn't want to scare her. But we ordered the same thing that we would have had at the grill table. And never received it. But they charged us for it. I made sure they corrected the tab after we finally ate our food and were ready to leave. #5 we had to get up and ask for each course of our food. It took 3 hrs.. I am not joking ..3 hours to get our full dinner. We were determined to stay to make sure the waitress was not being further abused. It was unreal..we told her she should press charges. She was crying at every item she brought to our table. It was her first day and we completely understood her trying to do her best. But the people in the kitchen and the manager were abusive and making it impossible for her to do her job. #6 they seated, served and fed 4 other tables of people before we got our food. #7 the onion soup.. is a cruel joke. It was literally dehydrated onion, salt and water. Not even liptons onion soup. #8 they told us there was no manager, and that knowbody spoke English. They had to call in a woman who started running around doing her best to crowd control the situation. Because by the time she got there the entire restaurant was in an uproar. Apparently everyone had quit the day before and they only had 2 new people working. One being the poor girl serving us. #9 our food was cold, no salads, and we had to ask for drinks repeatedly. I finally asked if we could just have a pitcher of water at our table. Then the heavy set, rude, creep of a waitress came to our table rolling her eyes and snatched it off our table without saying a word. I have never been to a worse restaurant. The first time I ate here was over a year ago, it was normal. I gave it a good review. I dont know what happened but it was a absolute dining nightmare this last time. It has gone very downhill since a year ago. I will neeeeever ever eat here again. I would give it 0 stars. Please just close down if you can't be decent human beings, and treat your staff with dignity and respect. Shame on you..

Excellent food, service and hospitality. George treated us like part of his family. He is very attentive and super nice. The hibachi is always excellent. We ordered sushi ( Crazy Dog roll and Sunset Roll) and it was all fresh and delicious. We also had japanese beer and saki. Excellent restaurant and highly recommended.

The food was hot and fresh and the staff very accomadating! I was reluctant to go because of the location, but it was clean, well appointed and an overall great experience! And Amber was our server! She was very, very attentive and sweet! The kids loved it!!

03/02/2019 Me and my wife went in and dinner here I see it's is too pricey and the New York Steak was like alil Steak for the price $9.95 for it and only got it cut up and I counted them thin slices and there was only 14 pieces on the plate it was funny to me never again last time ever I give it a (1star) rating..........sorrynotsorry

The Sushi was Amazing! The best I hav ed ever eaten. Staff was courteous and polite and very attentive! Sushi chef went out of his way to accomadate to my son and made Beautiful flowers and designs with food for Garnish on his Sushi plate. Hostess was extremely polite. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Brownwood is Blessed to have such a nice establishment in such a small town. Well worth the money and a treat for all!!

My sister, hubby and I just had a delicious meal at Tokyo Steak House n Brownwood. Our grill chef was friendly, fun and cooked everything perfectly! The California Roll and Out of Control Roll were both great! Nice people, clean, great food! Worth a visit!

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of food and the variety of options. I have driven by here many times on trips to visit my mom and stepdad outside of Brownwood. I have always been suspicious because, in my experience, restaurants attached to motels have not always been the best choice. However, I would highly recommend Tokyo steak house. I do not eat any kind of meat and there were several options for me on the menu. My step dad wanted shrimp, so I ordered him the hibachi shrimp. He was very pleased with his meal and there were a lot of shrimp on his plate. We watched George cook on the hibachi grill for several customers and he had a great rapport with everyone and was very friendly. Our service was excellent and I would definitely go here again.
