Read others had negative experiences here but was fine when I went. Had person at register, person actively cleaning tables, good selection of pizza. They were able to help a Spanish only speaker with two small children. I felt like customer service was right on. Didn't see any horror story health violations like other people. They even made a pizza I requested and were pleasant about doing so. No reason to avoid this place that I seen

We haven't been to a Cicis restaurant in over 5 years so we decided to give this one a try. The buffet looked busy! We asked several questions about the pizzas and sauces but the clerk couldn't answer them and ran to the back to ask the cook! We ordered 3 pizzas to go: a spinach, a chicken, and a cheeseburger. All three were very delicious! We will eat here again!

Not only were we charged wrong for a special that had the brownies are like batter mix. Pizza was not fully done either. Havent been here in a very long time and I guess it will be a long while before we go back.

Pizza was dry and not much flavor or sauce. Requested two fresh pizza's even mentioned the sauce and still no change. Over heard the Mexican girl reply that she really doesn't care there's barely any people and she's ready to get off at 4,after another female employee tried suggesting new pizza after 4 other customers after us came in a little after lunch. Place was a mess employees were sitting in dine area when we walked in. My last two visits we're about the same brought my daughters upon their request only hoping things had changed still no satisfaction to eat there. The front register young lady did greet us. Pizza just looked like it had been sitting there since open there were practically full dried Pizza sitting there.

Cicis Pizza in Brownwood was excellent. Hadn't tried it before. We've gotten pretty picky over the years on the pizza out there and here, the crust, the sauces and ingredients were very flavorable! Service great! Take only due to statewide declaration...but definitely worth stopping by!! We'll be doing more for sure!

Staffs are friendly, but quality of pizzas are Terrible. No flavors and dough texture is like an cardboard.I notice napkin stations , walls on booths area, and chairs are quite dirty. Me and my hubby had been many other Cicis pizza place, but this is far worse. Buying a $5 frozen pizzas from grocery store tastes way better than here.

Came in late after being on the road for hours. Tired and hungry. The staff was exceptional. While it was late and they had been working long hours they were courteous and each of them took time to make sure all was well with my meal. I’ll be back when in Brownwood. Thanks for the excellent service!

Pizza is so-so, but the deserts are wonderful. What made my visit pleasant was the male employee making the food and busing the tables. What a nice guy with a great attitude!

No stars for this place really , it was horrible. Old pizza on the buffet, no pasta cause they said they ran out, my special request took 30 min to come out, and the place was a wreck. Napkins and chicken wing bones filled the floor as I walked to the restroom with my kids, and no t.p. in either bathrooms. There were about 10 ppl in the restaurant and it took forever to get someone's attention so I could make my request. After I sat down to eat my salad we noticed a lady waiting at the front for some pizzas she had ordered, when she asked if they were done, the girl in the front counter asked the pizza cutter if he had put them on the buffet and he said yes. So of course they had to remake her pizzas . After 15 min they finally came out and she is talking to the, what looks like the manager and telling him her order is wrong and all this time we still haven't got our request. When suddenly a large man which looked like he was already unhappy, goes and talks to the guy cutting pizza and I couldn't hear what they said to each other but the pizza guy throws his hand in the air like he wants to fight the large man. As I sit there watching this, the manager is up front attending customers or guest as they like to say, and both men walking to the front where he is at,and as they start confronting each other the manager just tells the employee to go away as he handles the large gentle man by refunding his money. As he makes his exit we get our request and sit back and just looked at the place and how disgusting everything was. The only reason we really go there is cause of our kids but I think this will be the last time.

Got there like 15 mins till 5 . There was one guy working the register , window answering the phone and working on making the pizzas. At 5 here come walking in the back door the manager and 3 workers who went straight in DID NOT wash their hands. And started touching the food. Making pizza for the Buffet. I asked the manager for a tin crust pepperoni for my table I never received it. So I asked for a refund will not eat back here unless the workers wear gloves. So nasty.

They have new management!! YES!!!!! Salad bar is GREAT, staff and management are wonderful!!!! They are SO accommodating! Just talk to them and tell them what you want, they will make it happen! So happy to have fresh food place in Brownwood!!!

Service was terrible. There were only 4 workers. One was cooking, one was cleaning, the manager was sitting at a table visiting with friends, and the last one was doing all the work. He tried to take a break but more customers came in and he got mad because he had to take care of them. I was sitting at my table, finishing my food and the guy that cleans the table literally came and cleaned the table. I had to watch him scrape the plates and then he wiped down the table with his rag, lifting our glasses to wipe under them. The place is not very clean. Pizza had sat so long under the heat lamps that it was dried out. Just not a good place.
