Best place to get breakfast burritos in the Brownwood/ Early area. Love the brisket burritos. Gave a 4 star due to occasional long wait time to get one burrito, even if there isn't a long line.

Very good burritos! Would recommend to anyone even if there is a wait. Everywhere has a wait so, might as wait for good homemade food that's better for you & tastes great!

I purchased an egg, chorizo, and bean burrito, I didn't really care for the chorizo. I also purchased an egg, potato, bean and cheese which was very good. I purchased a dozen tamales, I will just say I have had better.

Taco Rico has been in Early/Brownwood for almost 20 years now and although service can be slow at times, it's mostly due to a high volume of customers eg. people from Brownwood, Early, Comanche, and even Bangs!?! They are very affordable such as 1 pint of menudo (❤️❤️❤️) going for around $6 and sausage, egg, and cheese burritos about $5. They are all bilingual, with fluent Spanish and very good English. The drive-thru can be slow, take-out recommended 👍

Fantastic authentic Mexican food. The aroma when you walk in the door is mouth watering. Tip: they only serve menudo on Saturday and Sunday. Will stop every time we pass by the area.

If you’re in Early and need a breakfast solution, you won’t be disappointed with the delicious breakfast burritos. You also won’t be the only one with the same idea. There is usually a line at the window, but it moves quickly and efficiently. Great food and great prices.

When I went to purchase a plate of steak and bean and rice they charged me $15.30 and I had to go back so they can put what they owed me back in my bank card but instead she gave it to me in cash and still didn’t give me the right change. She still owed me 69 cents and my husband called and she got an attitude and hung up on him. It might be some good food but double check your receipts and cash because who knows how long they have been doing these scams

Best burrito in... Anywhere. The salsa is perfect, and I've NEVER found gristle in the steak. This is the epitome of what a hole in the wall taco shack should be. My only complaint is they aren't open enough, and I often have to settle for the tacos across the street.

Stopped by to get a burrito passing through,but was not good. The tortilla was very hard on edges and pretty pricey, for no more than you get. Won't go back

Burritos were made with left overs from several days prior and where not even warmed up throughly. Threw them out the window.
