This is by far the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I ever visited. We got a table pretty quickly and got our menu right after that. After that we got abandoned at our table. A bunch of servers walking in circles just looking at our table without even ask us what we wanted to drink. After 20 minutes of waiting without getting a drink or appetizer we decided to leave the restaurant. The place was fairly empty. Terrible management. No one even asked us anything. We just left the place. Don’t come here if you are hungry or you will starve ❌ pro tip: order over the phone 📞 is faster ✅

I have continued to give this place a chance and each time it continues to disappoint. Waited to get our food for an hour which took up the entire lunch break. Ended up getting the food to go. Start unloading our food and an entire meal was forgotten. Coworker called and notified them of the order not being in the bag. Manager said that they could come and pick it up whenever they wanted it. Didn’t offer any type of consolation to reconcile the experience. She had to drive there ONCE AGAIN to get her food. Terrible experience, terrible food, terrible customer service. Will not come here again.

Food 9 times out of 10 comes out cold. Its always very hit or miss if youre going to get good service. Bartenders "forgetting" to put alcohol in mixed drinks. And good luck if you have to deal with a manager, both males are extremely rude. Overall bad environment, bad food, and bad service.

I usually love this place but in the past few months i have been disappointed with the food. The boneless wings are never coated enough and probably because there is not enough sauce and they taste like they have been under a heat lamp all day and all dried out. FRESH IS BEST PEOPLE.

They're always significantly late with pick up orders. Always. The longstanding track record of being 10-30 minutes (or more) later than their given pickup time tells me this is a management/training issue. Then it's usually not hot. So it's been sitting in the back. Food is standard BW3 food. Do not come here if you're in a rush. Currently, my order is 10 minutes late. No food in sight. Maybe 3 groups in the restaurant. It's not remotely busy and my order was only 10 wings. No sides. Currently at 30 minutes wait time. End result: 15 minutes of waiting at the counter PAST my pickup time. When it was finally brought out... lukewarm. I quit.

waiting over an hour from my promised time of a pick up order. We pulled into curbside then called the front for it to be brought to the car and the lady said it was ready. We waited for 20 more minutes and at this point I go inside and am told it isn’t actually ready and half of the staff is walking around doing nothing. So it took me 5 minutes of standing at the front until no one greeted me so I had to ask the boy behind the desk ignoring me. On top of everything the food tasted like it sat in the warmer all day. I’ve been a service worker my whole life and I’d never think of leaving such a negative review but this was certainly an awful experience.

Worst experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings. Say for 25 minutes before I finally went to the hostess and asked if we could get drinks , took another 5 minutes. There was 8 people in here I’m assuming it always this way since it’s Saturday afternoon it’s almost empty!

What I expect from a B Dubs. They have a large area that seats plenty whether at the bar, bar tops, or typical table top/booth dining. Food and service was good. It was a nice evening to sit on the porch, be careful if it's windy though. Cheese curds are good, but for what you get are a little pricey for me. Wings and fries were as expected, hot and good.

Excellent experience here! The bartender Shania was phenomenal, extremely courteous and her service/work-ethic is second to none. I travel for work but next time I'm in town I'm returning, I hope BWW recognizes their prized staff, huge Thank You to Shania for all the hard work that you do, it's well earned!

Terrible service, they definitely cook the chicken long before you order it and throw sauce on it to order, the food is never fresh, service is slow, and they almost always get the order wrong. I highly doubt I will ever return to this location.

Worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever been to. Used to work at the abilene tx location and it was way better. Wings were cold, service for the food took forever. Great bartender though. Managers nowhere to be found. Terrible experience overall, and the place was empty and took 1 hour to get 10 chicken wings.

Great service and great food. Always a little pricey but it's wasn't too busy. We did have to wait for awhile for the check to come. Other than that no complaints.

Wings were made to order. Very good wedges. Waitress Stephanie was great! Only drawback was the wait time, due to the cooks fault. Mgr comped my meal which was good. As a frequent customer I was impressed that they comped the whole meal. They didn’t have to do that, but it was appreciated. Can’t ask for any better than that. Shows they care about their customers being taken care of! Thanks Stephanie for the great service and the food was great once I received it. Thanks to the Mgr. Thanks, Mr. Doug M.

Hubby loves traditional wings with Buffalo sauce best in town I love the chocolate fudge cake with ice cream. I could eat the whole cake! Enjoy the many TV screens showing sports so you have the option to watch what you want.

We visit this store every couple weeks for lunch while working. We get greeted seated and menus quickly and order within the first 7-10 mins. But once we order we have to wait more than 45 minutes for our food. The waitress is always attentive, but the cooks can’t seem to get a ticket out in less than 15 minutes. Need to train your cooks better to push the ticket times. The wait staff can only do so much. Everything else is on the cooks and management. Today we visited once again. Becca was amazing but the redhead delivering our food was less than personable. Drop the food and go. You have a few things to work on Bdubs

TLDR: kitchen slow, drinks are awful, place is a mess and good luck on a correct hot/fresh order. Been twice in one week, visiting family and wanted to watch some games on during the week. Drinks are ok, pours are on the short side. Don’t pay double the price for a double, not worth it. Food is always cold. Both times visiting the location. Service was sub par, dirty tables, dirty bar, nasty floors. Plenty of staff standing around on their phones though. Even one waitress selling homemade salsa out of mason jars! What? Gotta hustle I guess. My order was wrong multiple times, first was a burger, toppings and condiments wrong. Second time, chips and salsa, came out as chips and queso. 10pc wing and fry combo, no fries. Did get charged for everything. Didn’t like that. Plus everything was cold. Talk to manager and had the bill adjusted to what I ordered. If it were me, I’d skip this location.

Coming into your restaurant in my wheelchair is something that gives me anxiety. There is no space to move between tables without everyone having to get up and move chairs and benches. The only saving grace tonight was our waiter, Christian. He was the most considerate I've seen and asked the other patrons to briefly move so I could get through. He made our experience so much better!

I had the everything Pretzel knots and they were delicious. I had the Thai curry wings, and they were spicy.

I always get wings at B-dubs but I wanted something different this time. So I went with a Bacon smashed hatch chile burger and it didn't disappoint and the potato wedges were crispy and full of flavor.

Giving it one star because I HAD TOO. Spent over $100 on my order and they didn't put any sauce on my wings. Looked at the ticket and it said "sauce on side" didn't get any at all. Called up there to be told "well I just spoke to my manager and they said you're gonna have to come get it" like make it make sense. I have to correct something they messed up! Poor service and the manager is an idiot!

We dine outside on the 12th of april for lunch the waitress was super nice wings was extras crispy but i shoulda stated otherwise not bad for a small town with limited options

$38 just for me to eat 12 wings and onion rings. Not worth it. I got 2 different flavors and could barely taste the difference. Portions were ridiculously small and overcooked. Does dry chicken mean anything to you? You need to change or you will fade away. For that same price I could've made wings for days, not just 1 time.

BWW is always consistant with the food but the staff is the main factor. Brownwood location was not great, but not the worst. Been multiple times for lunch, unless you order everything when you first get there expect to be there a while. The staff is more worried about talking and goofing around with each other, instead of doing their job. If you're not in a rush it's worth the stop.

Went in there last night with my family. And five of us ordered wings. So far two out of five us have food poisoning. I will never again get their chicken wings.

We went today and there was a large group in front of us. It took a little longer to get our food. When I got ready to pay the manager compt our lunch. They made sure we were happy.

Hands down the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. The host seated us on the patio and we eventually moved inside after waiting 20 minutes without any service. Thankfully there was a half empty Dr. Pepper waiting for us at the new table. It took almost an hour for us to get our food. The wings and fries tasted like they had been in the frier since last night. Update: Day 6, still waiting for the fried pickles.

Asked our waitress if the Buffalo Chicken Salad was big enough to split. It wasn’t, only 2 pieces of chicken. Took forever to get an extra plate, get more chicken, etc. Lettuce was wilted and old. Buffalo chicken sauce was just drizzled on the chicken instead of tossed. Not our best experience. Roberta was our waitress. She was nice but needs more training I think.

The wings are never fresh and it honestly makes me very angry that yall precook them and then heat them and toss them. I don't waste my money on something I can make at home WAAAAAAYYYY better than here. Literally just buy the sauce at Walmart and fry your own I promise it will actually be fresh unlike the brownwood BWW that wouldn't know what fresh was if it beat them to a pulp.

Def a Bdubs to stop at in a small town. The staff is kind and attentive and the food was brought out quick. I have been here several times and have great experiences all times.

The food and service was great. Problem was the volume from the tv. It was way too loud for a family restaurant. Volume was perfect for a night club though if that is what they are going for.

The staff here are super friendly, the food is great, and of course this is a great place to watch the hottest games in sports! My wife and I stopped here to grab dinner during game 1 of the 2021 NBA finals. Had an amazing time! 5/5 would recommend.
