Emerald was absolutely amazing. Long story short $300+ dollar service and custom jewelry questions and was treated as if I was spending thousands of dollars, It didn’t matter how small or big of a sell. Incredibly helpful, the entire staff was kind in greeting including the owner. Happy I found a proper jeweler I can trust.

What a wonderful experience!!! My center diamond was loose and I was recommended to bring it here since our jeweler is out of state and just retired. The moment I walked in Arthur greeted me with a welcoming smile and took my ring to the back to have the jewelers look over it. George then came out and greeted me and assured me they could tighten the prong while I wait at no charge! I couldn’t believe it. I was expecting to leave it for a few days or so and at minimum a few hundred. It only took a few minutes and George gave me options for future care. I am so incredibly grateful and I have a new jeweler! Highly recommend! Thank you again!

We had a great experience, went in to get a necklace fixed which was done quickly and looks perfect. I had been looking for a special ring, so while in the store I thought I’d check them out. Although I did not find what I was looking for from their display cases, they offered to make what I had in mind. They talked us through ordering of gems and understanding the whole process. When we picked up that ring (OMG, it is beautiful), we mentioned having another ring made and brought in a picture of a style we liked. We now have another custom piece, it looks exactly like the photo. The quality was superb! They were friendly, great at communication, professional, and educational. Arthur & Lisa were top notch! We’re excited to have found our local family jeweler!

I had such a great experience at Ranch Road jewelry. I went into have someone look at my mom and dad‘s watches to value them. I was immediately greeted and called back to sit down with the owner. He was so great talking me through the values. He then took a look at my diamond ring settings to make sure they were secure and told me it was really important to get one of the settings Re-paired immediately. I had already seen the issue, so I was happy he pointed it out. The next amazing thing is that the jewelers were able to work it in on same day, and I was able to pick up my ring that very afternoon, all clean and sparkly and repaired. Support local businesses and give George your business. He wants it and will earn it. They can make custom pieces as well. Good prices. Great selection and quality and service… very helpful. And, a great George. Lisa is very helpful and knowledgeable too.

George and Lisa are great! I tell George my budget and who it's for, and he shows me all kinds of pretty things I know I can afford. He never tries to sell me more than my budget can handle. I had to come back in with a few questions I should have asked the first time, and George was with a client. Lisa came right over, answered every question... knowing I had already purchased. She was very sincere, and I could tell right away she knew exactly what she was talking about. She also let me know I could take them in anytime for a cleaning, and they would make sure the backs stayed secure! I bought my husband’s wedding ring at Ranch Road Jewelry. It turned out to be a stunning custom designed wedding band with blue sapphires. When the ring needed resizing right before the wedding they got it done quickly. RRJ takes good care of us and for free stretched the band for a better fit. We love how they take care of us! You will feel like you are part of the family.

When my husband bought me a customized ring and it came in much smaller than anticipated, we were both disappointed.
