I lived at Parkstone Village for almost a year. The management is terrible!. There are clicks consisting of employees and tenants. Kelly the cite manager pretends to like everyone but is mean talking and not helpful. These reviews have employees giving good ratings....maintenance takes a very long time to do repairs. I still know some people living there that have called the property management and nothing has been done to replace the current management. I DO NOT recommend Parkstone Senior Village.

Current staff is very Poor management. if you’re not in their group that bows down to them. Front office staff constantly have friends in office and they gossip and spread rumors. Anyone that disagrees with them receives very poor service. Not a senior living facility as portrayed. Front office personnel take up closest parking spots to office causing us elderly to walk across uneven parking lot. Maintenance requests are not completed in a timely manner. Gate hasn’t been operational in years. When it does work, everyone knows code is 1234..

Need to pay my rent over the phone to them.. However, I'm out of town..And she won't take it over the phone.. so any advice from someone to tell me how to pay my rent while I'm out of town would be very much appreciated.. This is my fourth year living there!! SMH

Treat their tenants awful. Racially profile against you. The deposit you pay doesn't mean anything for normal wear and tear of living. Office manager (you know who you are and I know you will see this) are a piece of work. Karma is a thing, and it will get you for all the shady things you do to the elderly and disabled. Be warned.

Looks like a nice clean place to live. I deliver groceries there a few times a week.
