Lee was amazing. She got the tubes collected with one stick. I have small/ difficult veins to work with so this was a huge plus. Anya was very helpful as well, staff was great and place was clean.

The service was very good! Crystal, did an excellent job drawing my blood. My veins typically pose a real challenge as, I have rolling spider veins. She was able to draw my blood without having to move the needle around much at all. I was really happy about that (Others have have had a really hard time). Thank you!

WOW ! WOW! WOW! I must say phenomenal customer service from Crystal at the Shertz location! I have always found it difficult to find someone who can find a vein on me. It’s always a dreadful endeavor until today! Crystal stuck me once and succeeded! It was painless and super fast! Thank you for an amazing experience! I’ll be coming back for sure! Ps. I drove one hour out of my way just to see her! And she lived up to my high standards! It was worth it !!

The blood draw was quick, just one stick. The ladies were very pleasant. I had my results in less than 48 hours.

I needed some specific blood work, and in 2 weeks, they still haven't contacted me if they can or can not do the test. Don't think the name of the place is actually fitting. Will not be back. And the only time I was contacted, was yesterday because of the review I gave. Cuz my phone is on 24/7. And the only message received was yesterday no other time when they said they called.
