Teach your employees better customer service skills & train your managers on how to treat customers. Our pizza was cold, so cold the cheese had already hardened & when I called to complain, the shift manager said he'd replace the order & pick up what was left of the cold pizza. There were 4 of us eating, which meant some pieces would be gone. But when the delivery driver came with a hot pizza, he said too much had been consumed to replace & left us standing with the cold pizza. I complained to corporate the next day, who then in turn forwarded my complaint to the manager of the local store who then messaged me saying it's store policy not to replace if so much is gone.

The location in Brownwood is a small store, the staff is not that friendly but the food is hot everytime I order, I have had to wait at the counter for a min everytime I go, but due to staffing issues everywhere I imagine that has something to do with the wait time. The store is not the cleanest I have seen but it is about the same as all the pizza places in the area. They meet my expectations above all else.

Pizza hut well they are the most expensive pizza place but also the best pizza. Love when they had buffet back when I was young. Those were the treats that make permanent memories!!!

Geat food. As long as there not to busy you usually get your pizza within 30 min

This place has made a huge turnaround in customer service! No more, tough you get what you get. Now they do their best to make up mistakes to you. I've had very positive experiences whenever my order came out not exactly the way that I anticipated. And it's not even necessarily you know a big issue but my son is very picky with how he likes his pizza and if there's any extra sauce on it other than the absolute barely dampening the crust then he's not going to eat it and we eat at Pizza Hut quite frequently and so I expect them to get our order correct. Out of the last 15 pizzas that we've ordered only to have come back with more sauce than should be. And every single time they made it right. Bye either crediting or account or giving it to us for free. There always an amazing staff. I don't know who was there a few years ago but I tell you it was absolutely horrible. Now it's a pleasure. Definitely would suggest going to this Pizza Hut and their Pizza is probably the best in town.

Fresh and hot.omg the Hamburger and 🍄 were amazing and the cheese in the crust,youcan never go wrong 😋

Raven and Niki.....,...me and my wife just drove 35 minutes from Coleman to try your pizza I'll say this the moment I walked into your store Ms raven was super friendly the place was clean she had the most amazing smile on her face and the food tasted amazing If I could give y'all a 10 star I would Ms Niki u have a wonderful staff member I will no longer go to Coleman pizza hut I will drive 35 minutes to come here thank you for the wonderful dinner tonight

I don't have bad experiences here, maybe cut the cheesy bread and pizza fully through!

Terrible pizza, barely any toppings or sauce at all and double the cost of other places. We won't eat here again.
