I have no idea where they are getting reviews from, this place is dirty like if they never clean it. You cannot understand anything the lady says and they seem to have different front desk attendants all the time…. You can tell the Dr knows what he is doing(I Hope) but because of his attitude it makes you not want to go back. If you have Medicaid don’t go to this place, I only came here because they were to only clinic available to take in my newborn on thanksgiving week but they will make you pay out of pocket if you don’t have a card# yet. Every other place I’ve called does not seem that have an issue with this because again NEWBORN. Anyways, don’t get scammed and I promise there ARE better clinics than this.

I was at this clinic last month with my daughter and was pleased with the services. Front desk staff are friendly. Waiting time was as expected. Doctor did not rush and he answered all my questions.

The pediatrician here provides excellent service. He is highly knowledgable and because of his years of experience, he is able to look at a child and know what exactly problem is. He takes the time to explain the disease and gives the fastest service. He loves the kids and jokes around with them, which makes the visit more personable. The staff is also very friendly and approachable. I come here with my siblings and they love the doctor.

I bring all 3 kids here at this clinic ever since they are born.Good pediatrician fast service.no FNP or PA , do a favor bring your kids and see yourself. Best in this area.

Originally, I was calling my daughters Dr, who she had since she was born. I was told he has been out sick and to take her somewhere else. So here we are. I read the reviews, and I was impressed. So I called the receptionist who was amazing and friendly, helping me switch from her regular dr to the Dr here. So far, everyone was great up until the guy Dr came in. He seems polite but a bit rude and aggressive. This is just from me being here for the 1st time. Wait time was about an 1hr. The same amount I would have taken at my daughters regular Dr. Now, will I come back ? This is closer to me. And everything went pretty good. I think the guy Dr just need to do better when speaking to the clients other then that it's good.

Fast, friendly and efficient! Always able to walk in with no appointment and be seen within 10 minutes. Staff are always friendly, playful and engaging with the children. The pediatrician makes the appointments efficient and addresses all concerns appropriately. I have first hand experience with this clinic and their staff, and wouldn't choose a different place to care for my child. I highly recommend this clinic!

I called to confirm an appointment time for my son. I was on a long 8 min hold and when trying to call back the line was disconnected. That’s very unprofessional all I wanted to do is confirm the time my son needed to come in today which takes less than 2 mins as I am a medical assistant so I know how to have good customer service and answer basic questions. Now I have to find my son a new doctor at last minute that can help with his behavioral issues in school and we all know how hard that is with Medicaid. These clinics always seem to treat Medicaid patients with little respect. I really was expecting better

I take my niece and nephew to the clinic. The doctor is very experienced and dedicated to his patients. He takes time to interact with the children, and he listens to the concerns of the parents. The office visit is fast, less than 15 minutes.and he accepts Medicaid. He accepts walk in too. The office staff are very experienced and friendly. If you need exceptional care, go to the clinic. We have been going to the clinic for more than 5 years. We are very satisfied with the care.

I just discovered this pediatric clinic last week, I am amazed with fast service,and pharmacy next door. friendly front desk. I switch because last clinic takes 2 hours before I finish and medication takes another 1 hour. Thanks st Francis clinic staff.👍

We are so happy with the care we received at this clinic today! It is almost impossible to find a doctor that is quick to get you out of the waiting area and see your children in less than an hour . I am very busy, and appreciate that the doctor respects my time. 😀

I absolutely love this pediatric center. The staff is very kind and helpful. The doctor is absolutely amazing at what he does. You can tell he very much loves children and making sure that they are healthy and my where they should be at their age. Very easy-going, which I love because I can talk to him about anything related to my children and he will always give me the best advice. I recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for a great pediatrician.

This is one of the best pediatric clinics I’ve ever been to. He’s great with the kids and is really quick. Walk ins are available and you don’t have to wait for hours. He offers same day shots and physicals as well!

Great pediatric clinic in the DFW area. Pediatricians are friendly and courteous. I was very impressed with their customer service right from the front desk to the attending pediatricians. We got all over vaccination and immunizations even without prior appointments.
