My husband and I had a wonderful experience dealing with Austen Blake, in particular with Mitch who was our consultant. We were treated as if we were the only customers there, given time and opportunity to contemplate our choices, without ever feeling rushed and pushed. The jewellery was exquisite and looking at it just brings back lovely memories of the entire experience from start to finish with dealing with Austen & Blake. Went into the Nottingham branch with zero knowledge of diamonds and jewellery all together. Natasha was very professional, kept great communication throughout and it was evident her knowledge was so vast which proved extremely helpful. She had the patience of a saint, and had my ring brief down to a tee, she had lots of examples ready from the off and made sure I left the store completely happy and nothing was too much trouble. Kirsty at the store is fabulous. She allowed us to take our time choosing the right engagement ring, showing us several designs when we first went in. She kept us updated with the current price of the ring we chose and was more than accommodating when we changed our minds completely. The process was brilliant, my partner chose her ring and I was able to add the personal touch of selecting the actual diamond that would be set and we were able to see a video of the actual diamond before purchasing! (What a fantastic way to create such a personal item). Kirsty again kept in touch with us all the way through, updating us on the progress each week. We never felt pushed into something we didn’t want or forced into spending more than we had budgeted for. From payment to ring collection only took 3 weeks, which considering it was made to order is a brilliant achievement. We would highly recommend Diamonds Factory and Austen & Blake for their service and quality and we will be back to order our wedding rings next year.

Been checking many jewellery stores looking for an engagement ring, this one was our choice. I liked the customization options available online and in store. Between 2 bigger stores but definitely worth a visit! Mitch has been amazing at answering my many questions and very helpful and friendly and all. Fair value-for-money. I recommend.

Absolutely fantastic experience. I was assisted by Natasha for getting our preferred engagement ring. Natasha has been really supportive during my several visits from ordering to collecting. I had also have to re shape the ring and Natasha helped us finding the right size and process & collection were done on time expected. Our ring was brilliant! Engagement rings there are in great value for money in the market. Lovely customer experience and the guys there are really smiley and professional.

Austen & Blake have been extremely patient with us whilst we designed our engagement ring. It is everything we dreamed of and more 😊. Mitch (the store manager) always kept us informed and up to date throughout the whole process, even giving us a lesson on diamonds and how to get the best price for our in the ring. Unlike other jewellers Mitch was not pushy at all and just let us make an informed decision. We would definitely recommend anyone to Austen & Blake to get their ring or jewellery designed, and we will definitely be returning to get our wedding rings designed in the future.

I received my ring and it is absolutely beautiful the diamond is massive and so sparkly exactly how I expected. It was kirsty who served me, and did such a good job recommending me what size diamond/quality I should go for. I’m so glad I took her advice as my ring is beautiful I can’t stop starting at it. First of all, I just popped in without an appointment. Regardless of this, I was warmly received by Kirsty and Mitch. Since I decided to use the little cues my now-fiancée (YES!) left me about what she thinks an ideal engagement ring should be for anyone proposing, I went in with almost no clue what to go for except maybe all the carats my budget could afford. Kirsty was so patient with me. She more or less gave me a crash course on diamond rings, and together, she helped me pick what I believe is the best ring I could have gotten ever (anywhere). She answered all my questions and was not interested in selling me a ring but selling an experience (something that’s rare in the diamond world). On my collection day, Mitch was so understanding and kind. I remember coming in with a little challenge, and he sorted it out with utmost understanding. He is a lovely gentleman, and I appreciate Austin & Blake Nottingham for getting the best staff who seem not only to have the best customer service attributes but also do it so naturally and effortlessly. I enjoyed my shopping experience. The ring is stunning. My fiancé loves it so much that even though I got her size wrong by one step, she has difficulty deciding whether to take it off for a fix or keep it on as it is. The packing and documentation are also premium. The evidence is clear; Austin & Blake Nottingham is the best place to get value for your budget, the best diamond pieces of jewellery, and class customer service.

Super experience, the staff at Austin and Blake couldn’t have been more helpful or patient. While I had an idea of the eternity ring I wanted, we visited several times to talk through the huge number of options they had available and make a decision. My ring was made to order and was ready for collection when they promised. Very happy with my ring and the whole experience.

Having found the earrings online I visited the Nottingham store and had a positive sales experience. The whole process from choosing the right diamonds to waiting for them to be made was effortless. I would highly recommend, I love my earrings and have worn them every day!
