The hotel was luxurious and high-quality. Rooms We were initially given a room directly above the bar and restaurant facing the ski lift, but it was loud and this smells from the restaurant were too strong. The hotel staff were very accommodating and gave us a new room that faced the children's ski playground and the village so it was a more peaceful and beautiful view. We had a separate bathtub to the shower which was well utilised after the first two days of skiing! Dining The reservation was a half board accommodation so breakfast and dinner were included. The level of the food was fine dining and very impressive. I got sick the first night and wasn't able to stay through the rest of dinner, the waiters wrapped up my final two courses and sent them up with my husband so that I could eat them when I felt better. Keep in mind there is a dinner dress code expectation which kept the high class, fine dining ambience more appealing. Breakfast had a variety of foods. Spa & Wellness The Spa and Wellness Center was expensive. We both had massages and enjoyed the adult-only section with saunas and quiet areas. The indoor pool had a automatic sliding door that connected to one of the outdoor pools. There was also a small cold water plunge pool directly outside of the saunas and the second outdoor pool for swimming laps was also steps away. The gym had plenty of weights and exercise machines as well as a table tennis room which we were able to enjoy as well. Amenities The proximity to the ski lift with Hotel-provided ski and snowboarding storage room was one of the best features especially after a long day on the slopes. The hotel also provided a public transportation pass so that you can access the different ski slopes and nearby towns. One thing that I noticed that the entry was the towel and doggie bowl for dogs and pets to refresh before coming back into the hotel which was a thoughtful detail.

The place is very good, not a ski in ski out but a 15 second walk from the gondola. , there are 3 pools, 1 inside 2 outside all of them are very good and one of the pools outside is warm the dinner and breakfast are very good the breakfast has buffet .the rooms are very clean and the staff is very helpful. Highly recommended, I would love to come again .

Lovely hotel with excellent facilities. Plenty of parking and a short stroll into the village. Our modern room was a good size, bed and pillows very comfortable and a very nice balcony overlooking the pools and village. Shower was good, so too the Wi-Fi. Breakfast was excellent with a huge selection of food and we ordered one bar meal which was very good. On Sunday and Monday they only serve pre booked set meals. We didn’t realise this and as we only wanted a salad then we were unable to eat. The relaxation areas and pools are great - comfortable loungers, plenty of towels and indoor/outdoor pools are heated 😊. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Maybe they could improve on English signage and communication? I only know basic German so found it a bit difficult at times.

One of the better hotels we have visited in many years. Fantastic staff and location together with great rooms with a view make your stay a pleasure. Good parking, a great swimming pool and Spa department help to lift the impression even higher.

Amazing hotell! Very nice and comfortable rooms, nice view from the balcony, easy to park, SUPERB breakfast!! All the areas in the hotell are really nice! For us it was just a ”one night stop” on the way to Croatia, but we would for sure could have stayed here several nights! The price for the room was valuable, but I understand it’s a lot more expensive in the winter.

My family and I was on a ski vacation for a week, a group of 6 people. and enjoyed every moment at the hotel. The hotel is clean, the rooms are clean, the hotel staff is patient and nice. The food at the hotel is very tasty, varied and served in the best way. The spa facilities and the gym are pampering. And the hotel is very close to the cable lift. Highly recommend, you won't regret it!

Went there for the 5th year but came back very disappointed. Food used to be stunning with rich buffets on Saturdays and varying themes. Now repetitive a la carte where only one out of 6 choices is non-vegetarian. Tap water used to be free and is now charged with bottles placed on your table without even asking. Pricing went up 50% but quality is way down, it did not feel like the same amazing hotel we always went to.

Large newish hotel In excellent location for winter/summer activities. Rooms ok. No summer aircon. Good pool, gym etc

Rooms: are nice and new, well equipped, very quiet. All room with fantastic view and balcony - you feel nature around and can sleep with open door with mountains view. Service: robe, towels and flip-flops in room. Good gym. Fantastic opened swimming pool 25 m. You can make a lot of sport. Good spa complex with sauna for adults. Great breakfast very rich with view and a lot of space Location: is great - skiing in winter near hotel. In summer +autumn you can walk in valley along the river with a view.

Amazing hotel that offers a great spa, well equipped gym with daily courses and healthy food. Variety of vegeterian food for dinner could have been bigger, the only point that I would improve

Great hotel. Right next to the lift. Great food. Great spa although no jacuzzi when I was there.
