Really amazing dinner concept at a lovely restaurant, with a great ambiance. We chose the two-person etagère, which contained a very elaborate selection of dishes - plenty for a two-person dinner. I personally really likes the scrambled tofu and the date-based hummus. Though, besides this I would have preferred solely vegetable-based dishes (e.g. no 'vegan bacon' or Violife cheese, but using mainly beans or nuts), instead of the commercial plant-based meats and cheeses. Still this is a personal preference, and was only the case for a few items (which tasted good nonetheless).

Great food, cozy atmosphere, kindness of the owners. Try their Spritz (or other bio drinks) and don’t miss the etager (shared platter) with many choices of tasty and delicious vegan food. Definitely the best vegan restaurant ever.

This was hands down one of the most memorable and delicious meals I've ever eaten. From the presentation to the service to the actual food, the owners and staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed so joyed that we were there. And as a vegan, the options in a given city can sometimes be lacking or hard to find. These guys have won awards for their food. If you're in Brugge and you have time, visit this place, it could very well turn non-vegans vegan! You have the option to choose some a la carte options, or choose a menu which consists of an appetizer, a drink, a tower of 14 small dishes, and a dessert of your choice. For the price, ~40 per person, this is not somewhere you go for a cheap and fast meal. But my goodness is it worth every penny. I will definitely be back!!

What a treat! Definitely recommend this vegan restaurant. Everything on the menu is vegan and so good! Try the nachos with the savoury dip amd the Eton mess - the meringue is fantastic and homemade!

Delicious sharing plate. If you ever go to Bruges this is the place to go. Relaxing jazz music. A busy restaurant but not to loud. Very nice service. It's all vegan. So lovely!

The restaurant had a cozy feeling. The host lady is amazing. It’s not a fancy restaurant but the ambience is pleasant. The food we had a double decker dish which was their trade mark. There were variety of different cuisines to taste. I believe there were 14 different food items. The taste was delicious and it was all vegetarian. I suggest you can go there for an experience. I’m sure you would love it.

Wonderful - totally vegan kitchen. 🥰 I have celiac disease and felt at ease eating here. Even on my short notice reservation, the super sweet couple running this gorgeous restaurant were super accommodating, and able to make me enjoy the complete 14 small dish etagere. They made a few changes to the few dishes that were not already gluten free. The food is fantastic! 👌 The nachos with the cheese dip was a favorite and the Arancini were delicious! The ingredients were excellent and prepared in a way that made them shine and often to mimic animal products, like the jackfruit “tuna” or “egg salad” stuffed tomato. I definitely recommend and I am not surprised this place has won several prices. ⭐️ I also loved the interior and the people running this place are lovely! ❤️

We arrived in Bruges and initially went to a different restaurant, however, nobody manned their desk and there was no real atmosphere. So I had saved Atelier Flori for another night, and so glad they accommodated us both with availability (as we were without a booking) and spectacular vegan food. My girlfriend is allergic to everything, including dust. And when we mentioned that one she’d be allergic to one of the mushrooms sides, they came over with a delicious olive tapenade instead. Smiles from whom I guess are the owners, and delicious menu - you absolutely cannot go wrong, and the chilled music was the icing on the cake.

Absolutely delicious experience. We missed the high tea bookings as they accept limited a set number of patrons...quite understandably. But the server let us in to enjoy the small bites and it was the best vegan food that we have ever tasted. The ambience and service was faultless. Wish they would open in London too 🤩

We ordered the 3 Course meal. The service was very welcomed and heartwarming. The Food was exquisite and the cherry on top - the tricolore Dessert. Beyond expectations and worthy the time you wait for it.

Excellent experience and service, we had a tasting tray of 14 different types of vegan tapas and it was very delicious. They also serve vegan wines and soft drinks. 100% recommended for any vegetarian person in Brugge.

One of the best dining experiences in recent memory. Delicious food, delicious service, delicious ambiance. It is rare that a restaurant gets everything right. Atelier Flori is a delight, from start to finish.

Never thought I would find such a good vegan restaurant in Brugge, we came here for a birthday, and it was an amazing birthday dinner, we had the sharing platter and pizzas and were more than satisfied by the food, service and ambience. The sharing platter had many different and unique choices with a mix of hot and cold foods. The pizzas were a little bit smaller than we expected but it ended up being an ample amount with the platter. It was refreshing to see that a vegan restaurant was not imitating any meat. Incredible food and really nice wine. Staff were fantastic and the vibe/location was really great. The food was the best food I've had in a long time! You have to go if you're visiting Bruges!

Wow! I'm so glad we came here for dinner during our weekend away in Brugge. The food was all vegan and served in a unique way, think dinner served like an afternoon tea. Of course it was delicious as well! The owners were friendly and made us feel very welcome. Go here for dinner, if you are vegan or not.
