Since eating their veggie Omelet I've been shaking, sweating, and singularly focused on when I'll be able to return for another. I hesitate to give them 5 stars because I'm pretty sure there is cocaine in their cheese. I'm going through Omelet withdrawal and I need help. It was the best omelete I've ever had, the waffels slap, and the coffee is amazing. Update: went again today. The banana pancakes were perfect. Got the veggie omelet again and oOOoo baby they were even better today!

Came here after a very disappointing chain of meals in Bruges. However, this place really helped us turn our moods around! The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable, and the food and coffee were absolutely delicious. This is also the only place in the world where I’ve tried sourdough bread and enjoyed it! I highly recommend this spot.

Beautiful place with a beautiful concept. You feel like you are in a cozy house with a home kitchen. Endless variations of breakfast, nicely served and tastes great. The owner is a pleasant man to have a chitchat with. With his special sense of humor :)

Food was delicious, fruit was fresh and the service was lovely and speedy. Deducting one star because they charge €1 to use the restroom even if you are a customer.

Excellent place for breakfast/brunch/lunch! A friend and I walked in without reading reviews beforehand, and boy were we pleasantly surprised! Staff are very friendly, and immediately knew we needed the menu in English. She explained the different waffles available and let us choose. The coffee is good (not as weak as some others in Bruges). It comes with a homemade cookie which was stunning! The waffles have a crusty exterior and chewy interior. Better than some places but I know it will not suit everyone's tastes. Can't please everyone! I bought scones to takeaway and they were EXCELLENT. Crusty on the outside but moist and crumbly on the inside. It came with lemon curd, berry jam, and clotted cream. Very legitimate! The lemon curd was amazing! I licked it up.

Great place to have lunch or have a coffee. Very good ambience, good attention and cozy place. The coffee is very excellent and the attention is at a very high standard.

Kottee Kaffee is exactly the type of place you're hunting for when you are visiting a new place for the first time, its staff are super friendly and inviting, the food is unusual but super tasty and the surroundings are comfortable. Highly recommended.

This place is unreal! Delicious food, great coffee and friendly service. It's also very affordable and priced well. You couldn't ask for anything more.

Coffee was lovely, they do charge extra for milk alternative, but at least they offer one! Very cosy atmosphere, great for planning your day exploring. We only had the vegan waffles for food so I can only rate them, unfortunately I cannot recommend, they were not to our taste at all. We had vegan waffles in Brussels which were amazing, but these waffles were not enjoyable. Would go again for coffee and to relax.

Supernice! Very gentle staff! Excellent and tasty food

I’ll start by saying that the food was delicious and our server was kind. We waited much longer than we expected to receive it, though. And we were both still hungry after we ate. So hungry that we walked to the convenience store near the square to grab a snack before our walking tour.

WOW!!! Such an amazing breakfast! The coffee drinks and chai are delicious, there is such a large selection of beverages it was hard to decide. The food was fabulous and the homemade bread with local farm butter was some of the best I've had. Also, very friendly service. Highly recommend!

Great omelette and Homemade Jam. High quality ingredients. They have a nice seating also outside near a water passage if you are lucky enough with rain.

Have to agree… one of the best breakfasts i have ever had. Had 2 egg breakfast special—eggs perfect with cheese/bacon. Wonderful homemade bread and jam.

This is the best way to start your day in Brugges, really. Very good quality food, very friendly service and very good coffee. What else can you ask for? This is, in my opinion, not one of those hipster places where everything is pricey just because. The quality of the food is really worthy. The desserts are also very nice. I was lucky to be able to try the mattentaart just right out of the oven! I also tried the plateau with the combination of salty and sweet products. The jams were amazing but also the homemade bread and the cheeses.

Exquisite. We had “the brunch”. Every ingredient is locally made by farmers from the area. The owner is passionate and shared with us insights about his menu, such as how his wife cooks the coffee cake with leftover bread. Be sure to come on an empty stomach!

Amazing. The team was super nice and respectful. The latte machiatto was super huge and the waffle exceded my expectations. My boyfriend had the XL hot chocolate and said it was amazing. It is a place to have a nice breakfast & brunch.

Best breakfast we had in Bruges, and one of the best breakfasts we had in Europe. The proprietors make everything homemade, including the bread and fresh-squeezed orange juice. The husband is very friendly and likes to joke around with customers, and speaks English perfectly, in addition to French and Dutch. After eating here the first time, we made a reservation to come back again, and we're glad we did! I recommend the hot chocolate (be sure to ask for it dark).

Delicious oat milk lattes! Well balanced combination of milk and coffee, great taste and flavor. We’ll definitely come back when in Bruges.
