A gem in Bruges! Food is in top quality and so tasty. Lunch menu is great value. Probably the best three course lunch menu so far in our 7 weeks trip in Europe. Owner and staff are great. You should book it now if you are reading this.

Excellent location and delicious cuisine in the middle of one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Assiette Blanche is listed as one of the only very few Bib Gourmand places in the Micheline guide for Belgium 🇧🇪 It deserves the recognition for its unique combination of the rustical atmosphere and light and tasty gourmet dishes

There were four of us and everyone enjoyed the food extremely well. The food was also nicely prepared visually. The service was very attentive and everyone was very friendly. We felt very comfortable. We will certainly go there again when in Bruges.

Good and fresh meal, with the Bib Gourmand label as comfort. We came with our kids and there were unfortunately no children meal, so you go for a steep 20€+ starter. Atmosphere is warm and cosy, albeit a bit old-fashioned, would not recommend for young adults or business meetings. Service was excellent and location perfect to wander around old town.

Fantastic place for dinner in the centre of Bruges. The food is delicious and the service is good. Great wine selection too. I had one of the best desserts I’ve ever had, a raspberry mousse that was very cream but not too sweet. The veal was also cooked perfectly. It’s more on the expensive side so for a special occasion or when you feel like treating yourself - like I die. 4.5 stars.

You can absolutely feel and taste their passion for the culinary arts. They were welcoming and accommodating to us as well as our very small children. The restaurant itself is a mix of elegant and eclectic and the dishes were a holiday for senses.

Really tasty food. We had the 6 course set menu at 65€ each. We really enjoyed it but it might be too pricey for some. All of the plates were well balanced and seasoned and cooked perfectly. My favourite was the asparagus carbonara!

Lovely atmosphere, great wine selection, attentive service and delicious food. They were kind enough to find us a table when we arrived without a reservation. Highly recommended!

Had an excellent dinner without reservation at the restaurant about two weeks ago while vacationing in Bruges. The food, service, and value were excellent. The €37 menu option was a great value.

We are from Canada and our first night in Bruges we found this amazing restaurant. Friendly staff, great atmosphere and probably the best scallop starter I have had in my life. We highly recommend!

Wonderful restaurant in every manner, food was exceptional, service was lovely without any fuss or pressure and the atmosphere was warm and unpretentious for a fine dining experience. Great wine list aswell. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had the four course dinner. Fresh, predominantly fish dishes, friendly and attentive service.

My partner and I both had the tasting menu which we shared with our young daughter. The restaurant was accommodating of this, atmosphere was relaxed, food was excellent and we had a great night (out of the rain). Excellent value for the standard and quality
