This has been a lovely discovery in Bruges, a very cute place managed by such a kind and warm person. The food was high quality, fresh, delicious, mixed flavors a real treat, I'm so glad I picked this little restaurant, a real gem, go try it absolutely!

A little Mediterranean restaurant with a very nice and warm atmosphere. The food was delicious, and best of all, the owner of the restaurant was very sweet, smiley and down to earth. Would definitely visit again. Thank you for a lovely experience 🙏

Very much enjoyed the soup and couscous lamb today — everything was very well cooked, with the lamb tender. Sharif provided very friendly and prompt service. The vegetarian and vegan options look good too.

Authentic and delicious. Owner and his family took great care of us. There isn’t anything we wouldn’t recommend. Was disappointed we ate across the street at the Irish bar once we indulged in this fare. Wife ordered moussaka which is done in an Egyptian style. The lamb was super tender

Very cool place. There are about 10 seats on the patio that are very quiet and cozy. We had vegan dishes which were surprisingly refreshing and the perfect dinner after a hot and sunny day in the city. The chef is a complete delight as well.

Lovely food and atmosphere. The portions are very generous and good value. We had couscous with vegetables and scampi. The host is so friendly and made us feel welcome straight away.

I went in by myself on a Saturday night and had no problem getting a table. The owner/chef/server is an incredibly nice person. Prices are very reasonable (coming from a student). The best Mediterranean/North African food I’ve had in Europe. Very cozy and welcoming

First tasting of Egyptian cuisine. The service was attentive and the owner is very courteous to the customer's needs. The dish eaten was tasty with a good wine to accompany it. I enjoyed the Egyptian dessert.

One of our favourite restaurants to visit. We are always assured a warm welcome from Sherif, Zahira and Omar having been regulars for several years. It is not like visiting a restaurant but meeting up with friends - the food is a bonus ! The three homemade soups are delicious and tasty. Last time we had chicken with cous cous, which was so tasty. The locals who eat at Passion for Food also make us most welcome. We will be visiting again when we return to Bruges. Pat and Wayne

It was nice to enjoy a warm meal on a rainy evening. I had the vegetarian couscous and my partner had the couscous royal and they were both delicious. The owner is very friendly. Highly recommend this place!

This place is amazing. We came back here twice and will always come back when we're in Bruges. Every dish is delicious and fresh. One of the best restaurants I've been to. And the service and atmosphere is lovely and friendly.

I don’t understand the negativ reviews, I really don’t. The food was amazing it made me happy. If I would live there I would go there all the time. I can only recommend and you are just going to have to believe me that this is amazing. And also not really that expensive

A really charming restaurant with delicious food and excellent service. Probably the best meal we had in Bruges. Vegan and vegetarian options too. The inner courtyard was very pretty and the tagine and traditional Egyptian coconut dessert were really memorable! Would definitely recommend.

Thanks for offering us the complimentary Egyptian tea to celebrate my husband's bday. We went with our 4 months old on and the owner & other guests seating nearby were all very nice to our son. Great memory!

What I loved about this restaurant was the passionated owner/chef who ran the place by himself. When it's busy his wife comes to help. He is so nice, genuinely interested in his customers and always smiling. I asked for some extra fresh coriander which was not a problem at all. Couscous was tasty, I would have loved some more raisins and chickpeas but that's my personal taste. Vegetarian and vegan options available and food and drinks are very affordable. Would love to see linen napkins rather than paper. Thank you very much.

I only regret I'm leaving Brugge before I have a chance to try every vegan option on this menu. The spice blends are phenomenal. Take advantage of the three soup option so you don't have to choose!

Was looking for something away from the crowds of the central plaza. We were in Brugge on a Sunday and during Xmas market days. Mediterranean food sounded good. Found this spot on the outskirts. The owner was very friendly and welcomed us warmly, even playing music in Spanish for us. The menu is extremely vegetarian friendly, we had a soup flight carrot, zucchini and lentil. Very distinct taste and hit the spot in a cold day. I had the lentil with meat and it was delicious, at first I though the meat portion was small, but no it had plenty. Cost was low and nicer than some of the overpriced food Located in the plaza.

A very good option if you are looking for delicious food, Halal Food, Arabic food, or a special meal... The location is very good in the city center, the atmosphere and the decorations are also nice, the food is very delicious and healthy, and sure you can find meals for vegetarian people.. They also have many kinds of soft and hard drinks, and arabic tea. The staff is also nice and friendly, and the prices is also good. Highly recommended...

Happened across this restaurant after visiting the next door bike shop…and we are glad we did. As a change from some local heavy dining, we were treated with some middle eastern fare. The Couscous Lamb was spectacular with a rich vegetable broth to add as you wish. The salad was tasty with large tomatoes and a creamy dressing. So many more things I wanted to try. If you want to sample some home made food, this is your place.

Massively overpriced. Just couscous with a few cooked vegetables for 18€. Vegan means they leave the sausages out without any replacement. The food tastes bland as well.
