We
had
seen
this
restaurant
during
the
day
and
decided
to
book
a
table
for
a
party
of
4
for
that
evening.
We
arrived
at
the
allotted
time
and
there
was
no
sign
of
a
table
reserved
for
us,
and
whilst
the
restaurant
wasn't
super
busy,
it's
not
a
large
place,
so
the
wait
staff
had
to
move
some
tables
around
just
to
seat
us.
We
ordered
2
starters
(garlic
bread
and
onion
rings)
and
4
mains
about
10
minutes
after
being
seated.
Our
starters
didn't
arrive
for
another
hour.
The
garlic
bread
was
just
two
slices
of
toast
with
garlic
butter
on
and
it
most
definitely
shouldn't
take
an
hour
to
fry
onion
rings.
After
finishing
our
starters
we
then
waited
another
half
an
hour
for
our
mains
to
arrive.
As
I
said
previously,
the
restaurant
wasn't
very
busy.
One
person
in
our
party
has
a
food
allergy
and
asked
for
no
sauce
on
her
food.
On
arrival,
we
realised
her
food
was
covered
in
sauce
and
had
to
be
sent
back.
3
out
of
the
4
mains
were
lukewarm.
The
staff
weren't
very
attentive,
our
starter
plates
weren't
even
cleared
until
our
main
dishes
arrived.
I
myself
work
in
a
restaurant,
and
another
person
in
our
party
is
actually
a
chef,
so
we
are
generally
very
forgiving
of
mistakes.
But
this
was
not
a
small
mistake,
and
unfortunately
put
a
damp
mood
on
our
last
evening
in
Bruges.
Thoroughly
disappointing.
