We came here to try the pho, we ordered the typical one and the spicy beef one. They are both taste very good, the spicy beef one has more flavors in the soup. In general, the amount is enough, plus fair price. We will come again for sure:)

This is a very cozy place in Chinatown. They serve Vietnamese streetfood at very reasonable prices. The staff is super friendly and helpful but they only speak English and Vietnamese. The food is very tasty and the cook can adapt your dish if you have special requests. Vegetarian options are available. They have an open kitchen, so you can see what they are cooking. The restaurant has free Wifi.

Great small restaurant, in the China town area of the city. Great lumpias and bun bowls. Super fast service. Would always recommend when in area, or when just craving Vietnamese dishes

Fair price-quality, modern interior, very friendly service. I've traveled around Asia and regularly try Asian restaurants in Belgium, so I'm quite accustomed to differences in taste and quality. I ordered Bun Bo, a classic Vietnamese dish consisting of broth, vegetables, and beef. The presentation was quite nice (see photo) and came with very friendly service, but the taste is average. However, at this price (€ 9,50) one can not expect a gastronomic feast. I do however highly recommend the Vietnamese Iced Coffee which is gorgeous and instantly reminded me of the taste in Asia.

Even if im starving to death i wont return to this "vietnamese restaurant". Although people in the kitchen are vietnamese, but the flavor of the most important dish " Pho " is rubbish, which i have tasted from my friend's. It has no taste whatsoever of cinnamon, anise and cardamom. I ordered "Bun Rieu" but it is no different. Im surprised that the restaurant dares to cook these dishes that bad, which is 11 Euro for each bowl, and charge people extra money for their service. I truly believe that the instant noodle in supermark is far more delicious and worth the money than spending time here. Its the SHAME of vietnamese restaurant.

Have been going there since 2017-2018, since they opened and it's my ultimate favourite Vietnamese pho place in Antwerp and honestly in the whole of Belgium. They're so nice and so accommodating, I love this place and their food. Definitely try the home made ice tea !!

Great food, the price performance ratio is very good for Belgium. ~15€ per person is a good price. I would put less stars for atmosphere, but I want them to have a 5 star review. Coffee is nice and strong. Sorry, but finished my plate before taking a photo, but trust me - duck with rice was really nice 🙂👍

Very nice place for vietnamese cuisine. Even the children found something to choose from and were satisfied. The beef is soft, the sauce is flavorful and balanced, and the pork is perfectly cooked. I recommend!

We were wandering around looking for lunch and this catch our eyes. With not very high expectations, we had a super wonderful PHO meal at this place. The broth has a strong taste with soft beef and extra bean sprouts. The staff was a lovely girl too! The place is small and cozy but has its own specialties. Will come back if I am in Antwerp again.

The best Pho I have ever eaten outside of Vietnam. In addition the traditional coffee. Simply great. Together for 13 € fully okay.

  • 4/5 H. N. 5 years ago on Google
Nice, uncomplicated place. Food was good. Bún rieu was very authentic Vietnamese. Think I have not ate anything close to the 'perfect, authentic' taste like this one here. Especially the fish cake and sausage is something I normally just expect to have in Vietnam. Very delicious and a recommendation if you like seafood. With the bún gà, it was nice, but the broth tasted closer to what you get with Cantonese noodle soups. Taste as a whole was clean and good. But the noodles were overcooked. Honey ribs were perfect. Summer rolls good, meat was a bit chewy. Ice tea and bubble tea have a nice taste. Service very friendly and quick. Tend to give 5 stars if the noodles were not that overcooked. Maybe next time!

  • 5/5 Andy C. 4 years ago on Google
Well, eating pho is always fun and enjoyable with sitting on a plastic chair and table by the side of the road in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh. But eating in a restaurant that was no less noisy, could also add to the atmosphere of eating Pho. Pho, indeed one of the foods that must be tried in Antwerp, if you miss Asian food. There are many Vietnamese restaurants here. I went to Pho Viet. But I did not regret at all! Even though I had to wait 15 minutes, my Pho Bo, or Pho Beef was amazing, which was even better than in Jakarta. It is located in the Antwerp Chinatown, right in front of the Central Station.

Best Vietnamese noodle soups in town, regarding both price and quality. It is more southern taste than north with thicker broth, more spices and chiller. A bit small space though, you better reserve a seat in advance!

Probably one of the best pho in the whole country, Pho Viet has set the level and been our reference here since it's been open. Fresh, clean flavours, soulful cuisine. The chef and his family know what they're doing!

Although I’ve tried pho various cities in the world, this was the first time having pho with duck filet. It was awesome! The surface of the duck filet was very crispy and the inside was very juicy. The soup was good taste harmonized with the duck juice. The noodles were the best texture. On top, a waitress was very friendly. I thought this was the best pho restaurant I’ve ever had in my life. Even though there was no tipping custom in Belgium, I left some Euros on the table willingly.

We had 3 separate Pho's (duck, pork and chicken) and they were all amazing. They use fresh ingredients and fresh herbs which made it really tasty. Little advice: ask them how you want your meat cooked (the duck was a little bit undercooked to our taste but a quick turn in the pan was just enough). The take-away bag was neatly prepared. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Having read most of the reviews of every Vietnamese restaurant in Antwerp, compared to the others this restaurant had the most promising reviews and good photos. However I was disappointed when I came in for a visit. The soup is not traditional and no hoisin sauce or Vietnamese mint is given. I also ordered tea and they gave me hot water and a Lipton teabag. Expensive for what it is. Better off going to Brussels.

I noticed this place after I had already eaten one evening but I thought it looked interesting as I particularly like beef Pho. The combination of chilli heat, citrus and coriander is particularly appealing, so I went there the next day. The place was quite busy with a fairly young crowd. There were lots of different types of Pho which worries me because it must be difficult to provide a good stock appropriate for each meat. I usually go for places that just do beef, but this time I disregarded the problem. In the end I didn't notice the stock because of other issues. The noodles were supposed to be flat rice noodles but they weren't. They weren't flat and I assume they weren't rice. If I had a gluten allergy I would be most unhappy. The beef was fine but the soup lacked heat, citrus flavours and aromatics, the very things I want. There was a lime segment so a squeeze of that partly improved matters, but only 1 thin slice of chili so I had to use Sriracha sauce to hot things up a bit. No coriander was provided, only basil. Although the food prices were reasonable, the soft drinks were a bit more expensive than some of the competition. I had a Saigon beer and didn't enjoy it very much. Overall very disappointing and I won't be back.

In my opinion, it is better to eat in than to order takeout - the quality is the same (very tasty pho) but the takeout quantity was quite disappointing. I got 3 thin slices of meat and 2 small meatballs with the broth and noodles. Was still very hungry after the meal (paid 10 euro)

Surely the nicest looking restaurant in this street, but it was odd we were greeted in English. Is this for tourists only? Food was good, no mistakes, but a bit bland. I guess our expectations were a bit too high. Service was nice and wonderful though.

Vietnamese coffee was really good. I would have loved a stronger broth for the basic pho bo. But overall a great experience, not surprised at all that this place is packed at peak hours.

Had a great meal here. Service was sweet and enhanced the overall experience. Fried fish cakes were light and not too oily and the pho was balanced with melting meat. They cook with flavor profiles from Ho Chi Minh City.
