I was told it’s a local favourite and after visiting I can see why! The place is very modern and upscale yet has a small, family feel. Peter the waiter/owner/Manager (not sure) was very kind and most people knew him by name when they came in. And the food was absolutely delicious! Had a lovely lunch and will return one day I hope!

Perfection. Every course was just wonderful and the menu was very well thought through. We got the pairing wines and they were all delicious, with a wonderful explanation from our waiter. Service was so friendly, informative and helpful. Somewhere for a very special occasion, which for us was a family get together for the first time since Christmas 2019.

Excellent place. A little more expensive than regular, but than again, this is nothing regular :-) loved the meat... Very friendly owners!

Summary: great restaurant with good food and less focus on design

We had a wonderful dining experience here, traditional food presented with exciting flavours and textures. To be even better, it would help if the tasting menus came with wine suggestions. As it was a mystery 5 courses, we had to try and guess what might be coming.

Delicious food and great lost of drinks. We took the 5 course teaser menu, which was a perfect size.

We had the fixed menu with the extra dish and loved every course of it! I especially very much liked the two preparations of fawn, the stew was divine! This restaurant never disappoints.

Are you looking to get a delicious menu in the romantic city of Brugges? This is my favorite place. This restaurant owned by 2 locals is running since 2001 and they offer a menu that will exceed your expectations. I was happy to be back after few years and find out that it is still a top place to add on your to do list. Bravo to all the team

Great food! We had takeaway "surprise 5 course tapas" and enjoyed every single bit. The combinations were amazing and the choice of courses excellent... It felt better than if we had made them ourselves. Recommended!! We will return.
