😠 Ryanair is the worst company I've ever seen. Always delays, dont care about passengers. Ones I was flying from Milano to Palermo, we couldnt land to Palermo and landed to Catania middle of the night. They anounced that, there will be busses to bring us to Palermo, whics is around 300km away. Guess w...     Ryanair is the worst company I've ever seen. Always delays, dont care about passengers. Ones I was flying from Milano to Palermo, we couldnt land to Palermo and landed to Catania middle of the night. They anounced that, there will be busses to bring us to Palermo, whics is around 300km away. Guess what happened, there was no bus. We've got stuck in the Catania airport. There was NO any Ryanair stuff to guide us, appoligy, etc. They've left us there alone. The weather was cold. So, by ourselves, we hired taxies, 120EUR each, total 600EUR to Palermo. As if, it was our mistake. Use other companies, such as WISH AIR, etc. But, never use RyanAir.

    I say about low cost All Ryanair I think the same. I have flight from Israel to Bucharest Romania I understand it low cost but new 737 800 without single monitor I see first time in 20 years. Have 20 dollar pay for extra leg room A1 near the entrance. I have water on me and my things. Chairs like 5 cm my back was screaming. No electricity on board in 2021 end December 28. Last time I use low cost it just was only options and cost with places and baggage 20kg and simple things to eat more when 100 dollars and don't by with Kiwi if you still want low cost after I publish. Buy directly. Kiwi.com check republic take 52 GBP for some places I buy directly from airline. Thieves !

    Flight FR866 from VCE to BCN by december 15: Boarding delay of 30 minutes, the crew running up and down inside the plane nervously. After finally boarding a very loud noise from left engine when starting, then flying no higher than an estimated 10.000 feet during the whole flight with a positive pitch of at least 10 degrees. Last 40 minutes again a very loud and howling noise from left engine. Were you flying with a broken engine, Ryanair?

    One of our favorite means of transport is the airplane. Above all, one of the favorite means of one of the couple, namely Daniela, as you can seen from the calm expression on her face when we are in flight. 😂 However, joking aside, we often use Ryanair and we like it. We mainly use it from the airports of Pisa, Catania and Perugia for our travels. So, buckle up and enjoy the flight! ✈️🥰👩‍❤️‍👨😷

    The worst airline ever. Charges the customer for every stupid reason in the world with a very unhelpful staff. You feel estatic coming out of their cheap airline feeling the misery is over.

    The most pathetic airline . They charged us £600 for our cabin size baggages, which other airline allow you to take in cabin, they dont allow you and make money like that they charge you for food for drinks everything, they knows how to play with passengers and how to earn money . Staff was rude too not helping at all . I would never suggest anyone to fly in this rubbish airline. Will neverever fly in this airline.

    Too bad, there is no rating that is less than one star. I tested positive for Covid a few days before I was to fly from Milan to Malaga. I needed to speak with a live human being about canceling my reservation, but … every number I called was either inoperable or disconnected. There are Ryanair offices in Milan, but they don’t even post their hours open on Google! Apparently, the last thing they want is to interact with their own customers! The business seems like a scam. You make the mistake of booking a flight with them and if something changes, they just take your money and leave you high and dry. I will never fly with this miserable airline again. I’d rather poke myself in the eye with a sharp stick….

    Worst airline ever...so, so decadent kitsch and tacky, dirty...and not even have a cold water to drink or ice...all warm or even hot. Plane even broken inside. First and last time! And not even that cheap either. (€400 euros PSA-FUE) Only positive point? Direct flights.

    the worst aircompany I’ve ever fly. well I couldn’t even fly by it because I were in the airport 2 hrs before flight and it was not enough time to check in. Huge lines and many passengers couldn’t check in. Not all desks were opened, and quite many flights were almost at the same time. Bad management means bad company.

    Ludicrous and prohibitive set of terms and conditions preventing people from rectifying their mistakes by cancelling without a fee within the grace period of 24 hours (like all other airlines). Will not use again. Would have given a minus.

    Amazing that you sell Versace bags on the plane but don't have plain painkillers or something for someone that would have an intense headache while the plane changes altitudes :) Great care for passengers !

    Imagine you have a connected flight and for some reason(I bet because of Ryanair) the first airline is unable to register your luggage to your final destination. Ok, after landing you are going to the Ryanair desk and ask them for help. Ok! €55 for check-in (because it is less than 2 hours left before your flight!) and €59(the first airline took almost 1.5x less) for the luggage! My flight is cheaper than that! They even broke my bag that I bought right before the flight

    The worst airline in the world!!! Will never fly with them again. Will lie to you in any opportunity and try to charge you for 1 mm bag over. Disgusting behaviour. Never had this experience with any other airline. Just plain disgusting. If i could give zero stars i would.

    Had to leave my luggage behind in Milan, because else I would have missed a connecting flight due to RyanAir delay. Overall an appalling experience. Flight was delayed big time, but Ryanair gate agents still have the guts to do a money grab by having people pay extra for slightly too large luggage. As I run to the plane, no one noticed from Ryanair that the doors to the platform had been closed. When arriving at the plane, my luggage wasn’t allowed in the plane. Which I really needed to have a chance of still catching my connecting flight. I get into the plane, I immediately see 4 spots where my bag would have fitted. Arriving at Milan, the cabin crew opened the doors, but we were waiting 15 minutes for a bus to arrive. Eliminating any chance of catching my connecting flight including my luggage, because that was in the cargo hold. So had to leave my luggage behind. Thank you Ryanair (not)!

    This is a terrible business. It’s more expensive to change your flight then it is to just buy an entirely new one. You can look on line at one price and then see it tripled when trying to change flights. They will charge you for everything. They are like the disgusting greedy car salesman in every bad movie archetype. Honestly if you are leaving the same day with one backpack NEVER EVER USE RYANAIR.

    I can’t proceed to online check in because I booked the flight through a travel agency and the charged me extra 55€. I was trying to verify my id through Ryanair app and it was a failure. When I mentioned this to Ryanair employees at the airport they simply said they will charge me because I booked it through a third part Even tho the problem with the check in was because of the verification failure on their app and website. 9 hours before the flight I was trying to do it online and they didn’t let me. This is a well camouflaged sc@m to make you pay extra money. If I wanted to pay all this money I would book with a better company from the first place. This was the last time I travel with them for real

    The worst comapny i ever travelled with, their airplanes are 20 years old and more, the last (and the only) trip with them i survived a nightmare witb my famiky, they insisted to charge me 220 euros for not checking in online, in addition at the boarding they crowded the passengers in the boarding sleeve and moments before takeoff they cancelled the flights and we were ordered to leave the gate, at last the flight was delayed for about 5 hours, change of planes to a smaller jet, i had seat 34 although the jet had 33 rows only 😁 I will never travel with this company again , NEVER!

    Tried to check in through the app my reservation but they tried to charge me the luggage included in the reservation. But as I arrive less than two hours I had to pay 50 euros . Rip-off.

    There was an incredibly long queue to the Ryanair countertop at the airport, so I didn't get in time to the couter to drop off my checked baggage. Therefor I couldn't fly with bought flight and they charged me 100 EUR for transferring me to the next flight. Flying with this low-cost airline is very expensive. Not anymore.

    I had difficulties to book a ticket because i travel with sport equipment. Finally I did and for what, they broke my board (300€ repair fee) and refused to admit the claim. Do NOT fly with RyanAir!
