One
of
my
family’s
favourite
branch
to
go!
This
branch
is
quite
new
(compared
to
the
others)
and
has
an
up
to
date
modern
decor.
Plenty
of
seating
down
and
upstairs.
Upstairs
being
more
of
a
private
dining
area
(requires
advanced
reservations
and
min
number
of
people/orders).
Just
like
the
other
branches,
their
service
is
great
and
their
staffs
are
very
friendly.
Food
quality
is
particularly
excellent
and
consistent
here.
(Disclosure:
menu
and
taste
is
catered
towards
local
taste
buds
and
not
necessarily
authentic).

those

a
must
order.
A
torched
cheese
layer
on
top
of
aburi
salmon.
*MINI
SALMON
MAYO
WITH
IKURA
-
salmon
wrapped
around
sushi
rice
topped
with
mayonnaise
and
ikura
(theres
a
cheaper
version
with
ebiko
but
tastes
is
not
the
same).
*UNA
IKURA
MAKI
-
fried
unagi
maki
topped
with
mayonnaise
and
ikura.
*MINI
CALIFORNIA
SPECIAL
-
a
fried
twist
to
the
all
time
loved
California
maki.
*SALMON
UNAGI
IKURA
TEMAKI
-
best
temaki
combination
for
salmon
and
unagi
lovers.
TEMPURA
MORIAWASE/EBI
-
lightly
battered
vegetables,
prawns
and
fish
if
you
choose
the
assorted
tempura.
Crunchy
and
delicious.
CHIRASHI
DON
-
a
variety
of
sashimi
(tuna,
salmon,
ika,
tako,
saba)
and
tamago
on
top
of
a
bed
of
rice.
A
value
for
money
if
you’re
craving
for
a
variety
of
seafood.
KARAGE
-
crunchy,
moist
and
perfectly
seasoned
fried
chicken.
GRILLED
SALMON
HEAD
-
teriyaki
sauce
is
amazing
and
the
salmon
head
is
fresh
and
fatty.
There
are
many
more
of
my
favourite
dishes
but
these
are
interesting
and
unique
to
excapade.
