iLi is my go-to waxer for almost 2 years and I have noticed a huge improvement on my underarm hair. They grow much slower and more sparse than before. She is so friendly, accommodating and gentle whenever I go for my wax sessions. I also really appreciate that the booking system (on Spaces by Wix app) is so easy to use and the booking process is fast and efficient. I don’t have to go through the hassle of booking through Whatsapp anymore. Her quality waxing service, friendly customer service and efficient booking system are the reasons why I only go to her for my waxing appointments. it’s my 6th time waxing with iliwax and i’ve enjoyed all of the sessions with her!! i’d still feel nervous before the session but she’s always patient to calm my nerves. the atmosphere was pretty calm and chill with a cool background music (totally didn’t ask for the playlist hehe) i’m glad i found her as my first waxer!!

Visited Iliwax for the first time for waxing, and I am thrilled with the outcome. The esthetician is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making me feel at ease right from the start. She was skilled and attentive, ensuring minimal discomfort during the waxing process. The place was also clean and the ambiance was just so chill. I left feeling pampered and satisfied. I have been to a different waxing salon before but it did not give me the satisfaction as i have in this place! Little to no pain (for me) compared to the previous place i went to. Second time waxing with ili today, and this 5 star review is well deserved! I’ve been waxed at a few other places in Brunei, but no where/no one has made me feel as comfortable about waxing as ili has. She’s super knowledgeable as well. She talks you through the process from start to finish, shares tips on caring for yourself, and she always knows how to keep me calm throughout our sessions. Least amount of pain I’ve ever felt getting waxed (I’ve experienced really terrible waxes before) and also, she’s super hygienic! 10/10 would recommend iliwax to anyone who wants to get any part of themselves waxed! 😊 you’ll be in very safe and capable hands.

Had the best experience at this place! 2nd time going waxing and can honestly say it was a million times better than my first (which I did elsewhere)! Was waxed by the loveliest and most comforting person ever, she warned me about anything, gave me lots of advice, and most importantly made me feel comfortable and at ease, asking about anything before doing it. I had my first Brazilian waxing here...not gonna lie, felt super nervous but excited at the same time as I finally have the courage to "just do it" lol. I would recommend for first-timer to do their waxing here, you will love the result...trust me! Thanks to ili for calming my first-time waxing nerves! The only reason why I am not satisfied is the fact that I didnt find this place sooner. Iliwax is probably the only place in Brunei they gives quality service among other waxing places in Brunei, ive been to multiple places before and they always leave my skin irritated and with bumps, but with Illiwax they are so caught to date with new technology and techniques in waxing that they give more than what you pay for! This, on top of their amazing customer servive is such a blessing, Ili actually called me when i wanted to book to make sure i get my needs met, and also suggested I used the website just so i dont miss any promotions and all. They really prioritize a wholesome experience and leaving your body hairless and smoothm. Ive tried all of their services and it wasnt as painful as how my previous waxers are snd after a while it doesnt hurt as much at all! It really made me question the vast diff in quality of work and service they provide vs other places here. I always leave the place feeling happy because they made sure im comfortable and they are also aware how their clientelles are, eg make convos if the clients want to or of the client just want a relaxing and chill service. I will only be recommending them from now on. I am truly happy that my waxing needs is met and even more by the Iliwax team, highly HIGHLY recommend!

It didn't feel like I was getting waxed by a waxing technician, it felt more like getting waxed by a friend. That was the level of comfort Iliwax made me feel during my session! I walked in nervous about the experience I was to endure, and I walked out feeling so good about myself and I gained so much confidence! She kept it blunt and straight with me and let me know what I am in for, but she also made sure I was as comfortable as I could be and shared tips on how to reduce discomforts. Anytime I got quiet trying to focus too much on each pull, she would start a conversation which helped distract me from what was going on down under, hahaha. I would definitely recommend for all!
