Strategic location within the Gadong area with shopping 🛒🛍️ mall, many shops, ample parking space nearby. We booked the 2 room apartment with many amenities. Unfortunately, many of the switches doesn't work 😔 and the CUSTOMER HELP DESK needs more lighting!

Although we didn’t stay at The Rizqun International Hotel, we spent a few days there for a professional gathering, and it left a lasting impression on us. This hotel is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful and elegant ambiance that immediately sets the tone as you walk in. The hotel is conveniently connected to a large shopping mall and a food court, making it incredibly convenient for dining and shopping without ever leaving the premises. The hotel’s restaurant was exceptional—every meal was a culinary delight, with beautifully presented and flavorful dishes that exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that every detail of our visit was seamless. Whether it was assisting with directions, helping with event arrangements, or simply greeting us with warm smiles, they made us feel genuinely welcomed. The facilities are top-notch, offering the perfect blend of luxury and practicality. The event spaces were spacious and well-equipped, ideal for hosting professional gatherings. The overall design and decor of the hotel exude sophistication, creating a truly memorable experience. Even without an overnight stay, The Rizqun International Hotel made a remarkable impression on us, and we would highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area—whether for business, leisure, or simply a luxurious dining experience. We look forward to coming back, and perhaps next time, we’ll stay as well!

Stayed 5 nights on 8th floor in a deluxe room. Hotel and room are dated. Room is spacious. Need to request for bathrobe, it is not in the room. The tap water smells mouldy. I had to use mineral water to brush my teeth. Counter staff and housekeeping staff are friendly, polite and attentive. There is no one manning the swimming pool and gym. Use them at your own risk. No towel was provided at the gym. Gym is located in another building, non sheltered path, by the pool. I couldn’t go to the gym when it rained. Equipment in gym was not maintained. Treadmill shaking during use, equipment is loose and shaky.

Conveniently connected to the shopping mall, which makes access very easy. However, I booked a room with executive lounge access, and by 7pm all services there had already ended. Breakfast was also served in the regular restaurant, so I couldn't enjoy any real benefit from the lounge. As others have mentioned, the Wi-Fi was very slow and inconvenient.

Super Duper Hit. Stunning Interiors. Crumptouis food, However, lacks in Hospitality as per International Standards, but Staff is Good. We dropped in for Buffet Breakfast in April 2025. Bnd 18/- Per Adult. Food quality was excellent. Local and continental cuisines. Cleanliness is top notch.
