    I have bitter memories here when I underwent Covid 19 mandatory quarantine (14 days) for traveller entry to Brunei Darussalam on 2020. I never imagined this situation before because I had stayed there before. I now only dare to look from afar without any desire to stay there again

    Amazing Superior Room, however, remained unkempt. Excited to stay in such a large room only to find a dead, dried lizard on the carpet nearby the working table. I continued to inspect the room after seeing the dead, dried lizard to find how unclean this hotel room was. Despite knowing the quarantine rules and those coming from the UK. The cleanliness is extremely poor. The floor had numerous stains across the perimeter of the room. There are way too many hair strands and accumulated dust on the carpet. I had to clean the tables myself as I do not trust its cleanliness. I have reason to suspect that the pillows have accumulated dust as it caused numerous reactions to my face such as discomfort and breakouts. The walls are too thin and I could not enjoy my peace, or privacy. I can't even play my music during leisure as this neighbor kept knocking on my wall. To be more precise, my neighbor has been way noisier than I was at the start of the quarantine. Shouting in the toilet and bedroom, sounding all stressed and kept banging somewhat sounded like a door every single day. This is frustrating. Some of the staffs on the front desk showed the most unwelcoming response when picking up the phone or that it took too long to answer my call during one occasion. I would have appreciated if they sounded, and bring out more Positivity in providing such service to customers or clients. That is why their hotel has an overall 3 star. Considering the large amount of money I have paid, they should have provided a service up to the scale. Overall, I am displeased. I will never return to this hotel or even recommend it to my close friends or family coming from the UK. Bad experience.

    I like the room. It's comfortable. I went there and stayed for almost a week. The location is good since it's just 5 mins to/from airport. And you can buy food/necessities from the mall downstairs. And the hotel lift is connected to the cinema level in the mall (level 4). However, the lights inside the room is so dim (yellow lights) and there's only RTM1 and HBO channels to watch (but I don't mind that). There are not much choices of food for breakfast buffet. But the food are enough to eat and delicious except the chicken fingers. They are too tough to chew. Overall, it's a good hotel for you to choose for a holiday.

    The room is not that clean, cleaning the room is very late. It tooks 6 hours until they done cleaning our room. they need to improove, hire more employee to clean faster the room. only good thing near airport, near restaurant, grocery, barbershop, buy clothes etc.

    THE WORST HOTEL EVER. Do NOT stay here and avoid at all costs. The rooms are modest at best for what you pay--I didn't expect any luxuries but there were spider webs and the sliding doors for closet were broken. What is worse is that they do not have any concept of customer service. I asked for a city tour upon check-in and was confirmed for a tour following morning at 8 AM. The people working the shift the following morning had no idea about it. My stay in Brunei is limited, they have completely ruined my vacation.

    The rooms are quite large and on a whole everything works: Aircon, hot water, TV, internet and fridge. In Europe it would pass as a decent 3 star hotel. The bed is okay, the TV channels were limited, there was no view whatsoever from the room. The staff is very friendly. The shopping centre below the hotel is basic. Nothing special but at least there are some eateries and a supermarket. Pricing is very reasonable.

    Checked in just before midnight, only to find room was in a sorrow state i.e. aircon not cold making room humid, toilet sink clogged and noises coming from Airport Mall where workers taking overtime completing work beyond midnight. A hotel staff was busy playing with the phone when we arrived. Not recommending this hotel until proper maintenance has been ensured.

    Hotel is absolutely not worthy of attention, it is used as a quarantine hotel. Room with a balcony but without a window, a rain shower does not work, hot water tap will need to be kept to keep the water running, the tiles on the floor are swollen, the food in the hotel is terrible, and its delivery to the rooms is delayed and you have to call the reception every time. Once again, if there is another option for accommodation, then it is better to choose it than this hotel.

    Nice hotel. Clean and quiet. Breakfast spread is okay but not fantastic. Staff speak good English and are friendly. Bedsheets and towels are replaced every third day. Soap and shampoo are topped up every third day as well. 2 adjourning rooms with a connecting door are available as well for families. Reserved parking lots directly outside the hotel entrance for guests is a plus point. Decent number of eateries downstairs and relatively nearby. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

    I had a great stay. A little expensive but comfortable and complete. I have a balcony and it's close to the airport. If I only had the money, I would stay for my whole vacation. Breakfast is great too. It's far from any tourist attractions though.

    Close to the airport. However the room is pretty standard, bedroom has not clean thoroughly, the bathroom hot/clod water indication was completely opposite so better watch out!

    Hi, just wanna share my thought here. I checked in with my family few days ago, and I've called the receptionist almost 3 times a day asking for an extra table in my room for birthday celebration but did not get any update until I check in there. Other than that, I know we get the access to the swimming but they only mention that the swimming is only open 7am-7pm which is for those that check in late and just found later is hmm.Lastly, we are informed the room include the iron however both of my room nda and the service just to ask for the iron took so long.

    The personal is friendly, and the rooms are not too bad, but maybe I little reform will help a lot! The food wasn’t good better eat in the food market! Its a cheap hotel so don’t expect too much!

    Nice hotel with spacious room even on superior. Clean and freezing cool central aircondition unit even at 24 deg. Temp setting. Great sekection of HBO movies. Great lobby attached to the Shopping Mall which inturs has everything from groceries store to fine dining restaurants to cafe to express foods joint and drink outlets, bakerys, food zone and Cenima for movie goers too.

    ["Stayed twice in the last two months, 4 nights each.\nThis will not be my first choice for a relaxing stay because of the cons.\n\nPros:\n5 mins drive to airport, and hotel-airport transfer is available for free.\nWiFi access in the room, speed is decent.\nAttached to a mall, and there are two more malls across the road.\nPlenty of eateries in the mall.\nFriendly receptionists.\n\nCons:\nCleanliness is lacking - the shower area especially is dirty, toilet seats need replacing\nThe furnitures need upgrade, cushion chairs are dirty, sometimes torn, mattress spring poking at the sides.\nPower socket in the room was broken.\nBreakfast had limited choice, restaurant staff were more concerned to be on their phones.     Very bad customer service and the staffs are very rude, our room was magically cancelled without us knowing then when we asked who cancelled it, they simply said " We don't know ". And then they suggest to pay another $68BND to rebooked our room which we didn't cancel it all. So in conclusion, avoid to stay at this hotel at any cost.

    Dont bother staying here. Save your money and go to a better hotel. I have so much rage to begin with. Summary : Stay for New year 2024. Worst experience ever. Better I stay home. Not relaxing at all. 1st of all, check in 2PM but our room not yet cleaned! We checked two rooms, one is opposite to each other. Room 320 already available to enter, Room 319 infront of us not yet being clean and no housekeeping even started anything! Checked my family into Room 320 and went down the lift to the recepionist. Demand them to clean my Room 319 right now. So I waited until 2:35PM before they gave the key to check in. As compensation, they gave me late check in instead 11AM to before 2PM. 2nd, Both of our room bathroom water are dirty! Brown water from the faucets, sink tap and shower head! Crazy. I asked the housekeeping what happened, they said due to maintenance. I said what can be done? They said have to wait for the water to be better itself as their room is fully occupied so cant change room! 3rd, Room 319 cant even use the telephone provided, thats so dangerous I cannot call room to room and cant call receptionist. At the end i have to use my own cellphone to call receptionist to send Iron to my room! Very dissapointing. 4th, Breakfast is utterly sad sight to behold. Table scattered everywhere, non orderly and I have to wipes down my own table! The breakfast said Eggs station, for omelettes and sunny side up. I came for breakfast 830am, the F&B staffs said Finish already. How can it finish so early! 5th, the swimming pool. Apparently the day I checked in the swim pool close due private event, so the next day I went for the swim. Wow, came down to scattered places, drinks and leftover foos still on the table, the balloons and trashes still scattered. Balloons plastic inside the pool. The floor are dirty too. I am very speechless. Came to unwind, but i became more stress due to Times Hotel and its worst management.

    Please improve on service (Front Office), very poor service, no initiative, doesn't apologize when customer complain, please improve on those too. And the room need maintenance too, for example the button flush need to fix it. It was very hard to press.
