Biggest football stadium in Brunei. A lot of facilities you can get here such as public toilets, sports gallery, gym, free parking lot, restaurant, media room, jury room, VIP Room, theatre, meeting room, and a lot more. If you are tourist I highly recommend you to visit Sports Gallery and it's free! From from 9am to 5pm daily but close on thursday and friday.

Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium is Brunei's largest football stadium and has been the venue for National Day celebrations every ten years for the past four decades. Known for its excellent maintenance and periodic renovations, it stands as a proud symbol of national identity. Its role in hosting significant national events underscores its importance in Brunei's cultural and sporting landscape.

05/12/24 alot of improvement have been made but the lack of proper maintenance for the improvement has caused some to be out of order such as the toilets.

Went to watch DPMM Brunei FC vs Young Lions in a Singapore Premier League games. DPMM FC won by 3-1, lots of action and a red card on 80th minute, good drama. On the day the Royal Prince Al Muhtadee Billah were present too, to give the players the medal they won in Singapore Cup. Overall experience was good. Stadium feeling were good as well, the seats was comfortable enough for a national stadium. The ticket price, i deemed it expensive. 8 BND for a league match, one of the reason why the attendance was mediocre. If come here for jogging and some recreational activities would be ideal

The stadium is nice! It would look better with a roof, a facade, an LED screen, and a capacity of 30,000.

Brunei National Stadium. When I was 5 year old, I thought the Stadium was really huge, now 30 years later, I think we need bigger stadium that have more seats so I wont miss National Day Parade next year due to extremely limited seats.

The place is nice, beautiful view and awesome. You can exercise walking or running. They're a lot of people running and walking in the morning and evening. Near stadium have hotels for staying. Every weekend they have many events. There are a lot parking there.

Ever since the stadium reopened in 2022, it has been a place for the national day celebrations and football matches. The colourful lights on the exterior is also a great addition.

A decent stadium, but no roof so no protection from the weather.

Brunei's largest stadium, quite nice for running (on the path around it) and for swimming (in the indoor pool in the building behind it). You are occasionally allowed inside through the main doors (especially after 7PM).

Highly needs multiple maintenance and renovations.. maybe set up a roof like any other stadiums for god's sake?
