Heard
a
lot
about
this
home
based
restaurant.
Theres
a
few
seatings
and
normally
full
during
peak
hours.
Heres
what
I
recommend:
SIGNATURE
FUCHOW
NOODLE
SOUP
WITH
PRAWN
PASTE
(need
to
make
advanced
reservations
to
avoid
disappointment).
By
far,
the
best
prawn
noodle
I
had
in
Brunei!
Broth
was
super
thick,
rich
in
prawn
flavour.
We
ordered
it
spicy,
and
my
gosh
was
every
sip
spicy.
SIGNATURE
SPICY
FUCHOW
FRIED
NOODLES.
When
they
said
spicy,
they
mean
spicy!
The
dish
was
so
delicious
and
flavourful,
noodles
had
the
perfect
chew,
served
with
chicken
slices
and
sunny
side
up
(add
on).
KOLOMEE.
Their
specialty
and
what
they
are
so
famous
for.
For
halal
kolomee,
its
really
good.
Very
flavourful
yet
light,
not
oily
nor
overly
salty
from
the
sauce.
Really
lived
up
to
its
reputation.
BRAISED
EGGS
AND
CHICKEN
WINGS.
The
braise
was
very
flavourful
and
entered
the
chicken
wings.
It
was
clean
tasting
and
not
salty.
WANTON
SOUP.
Love
the
wanton
in
the
soup.
Soft,
silky
and
delicious.
Soup
was
clean
tasting
and
refreshing.
PASSIONFRUIT
JUICE.
The
lovely
aunty
recommended
us
freshly
made
passionfruit
juice
and
it
helped
cut
the
spiciness.
The
juice
was
absolutely
refreshing.
I
will
definitely
come
back
here
for
everything
(despite
living
so
far
away)!
