Had an appointment at the Batu Satu branch. Everything was done professionally, and most importantly the clinic was clean, something which not all dental clinics have unfortunately. A bit expensive but then the work done by the dentists were more than satisfactory 👍🏻

I asked for a last-minute appointment on the same day, and thankfully, there was a slot at 11:15am. just before they closed for Friday prayers. I initially came in feeling nervous as I previously had bad experiences with rude dentists and nurses. However, this was not the case at Premier Dental in Serusop, Delima branch! All of the receptionists were extremely friendly and kind when assisting me with registration ($5). I was called in around 11:45am, and walked out feeling happy at 12:00pm. Despite the limited time, Dr. Sumaya was kind, patient, polite, and did not rush through the procedure at all. She talked me through the tooth filling process and even explained to me nicely about the other affected teeth without any judgement. My top incisor had a pretty bad cavity showing through the surface of the tooth, and Dr. Sumaya covered it up perfectly! There were no obvious colour differences, and the filling looks very natural. I'm happy to say that I can confidently smile again. Overall, I had a very good experience at the PDOC Delima branch, and I would highly recommend going here if you want things to be done efficiently and professionally! • Total Cost: $5 (Registration) + $125 (1 Tooth Filling) = $130 • They accept cash, card payment, and BIBD transfers • Waiting Time: 30 minutes after set appointment time • Procedure Time: 15± minutes

I had a pleasant experience at premier dental clinic, Serusop. I found everyone there very nice and friendly. The receptionist treated me well, they answered all my questions patiently. The nurses there were also very helpful, they helped me to understand what the doctor was trying to convey and they also translated my malay words into English for the doctor to know what I was trying to ask and convey. The who were attending me are very nice. She advised on how to take a better care of my teeth and keeping my teeth healthy.

Place is very clean - Unfortunately if you're a walk-in client, you have to wait for 2hours or more, even if there are no appointment clients left here. Service wise, bad. The receptionist also did not pay attention and was busy talking on the phone even (not talking to a customer but rather friends or colleague) when approached

Pleasant Dental Treatment at Premier Dental and Orthodontic Centre My gums were swollen and hurting caused by an infected molar root canal. It also triggered a lot of other systemic infections. I was attended by Dr. Nalini and her staff for the very first time. They were extremely professional and I was particularly impressed by Dr Nalini’s professional, yet personalised, and caring approaches in delivering their dental services. Having known my other pre-existing underlying cardiac complications that might have an adverse effect from any unsolicited teeth extractions, she went above and beyond the call of duty to write to my cardiologist to obtain a medical clearance before the extraction procedure to avert any undesirable and potential health risks associated with my medical conditions. Finally she was great with the extraction. Even though I was nervous, she eased me up and made me more relaxed with her clearly explained procedures. Two teeth were simultaneously extracted which were almost painless and for which I was very grateful. I was amazed and further impressed by Dr Nalini’s follow-up concerns and care to find out my post-treatment conditions and outcome a week after I left their clinic. This was indeed a very rare and unusual encounter from any of my past experiences with any other dentists. Although the service fees were dearer when compared to other dental clinics, I certainly have no qualms of returning to Dr Nalini for my next dental appointment or recommending her remarkable services to my close contacts. Besides, Dr Nalini’s personal assistant and the other front desk staff are also incredibly considerate, caring and great service professionals too.

Absolutely fast and great work especially for doing my fixed retainer with the orthodontist. I did filling with the lady doctor also and she is very considerate and took a nice care for the whole procedure. For my fixed retainer the orthodontist is quick enough until i didnt realise my retainer is getting fixed already! Would def go here if my retainers are broken to get it fixed again in the future. For the appointment, lucky me its easy enough to get. Bravo to the receptions people for helping me out to get my retainers fixed asap before raya...thanks again and such recommended clinic👌

Having a great service everytime I did my dental appointment especially the Doctor/s, the assistant/s and also the Receptionist/s. Last time, I came for a consultation. Dentist explanation was very good and helpful. Receptions were friendly & amazing. Thank you! Today I came one more time for whitening. The dentist was Dr Anna & nurse Wafa. They treated my teeth very well. I think they put on the barrier very well so my teeth don’t really feel sensitive. It gets a bit sensitive near the end but it wasn’t too much. Overall, I am vere happy with my experience & now I just hope that my teeth will not feel too sensitive after this. Thank you!

I took my domestic helper here for a tooth extraction. I mistakenly made an appointment with the Batu Satu branch and turned up at the Delima branch instead. The receptionist was very helpful in sorting out the confusion and managed to squeeze my helper into their books so I didn’t have to drive all the way to Batu Satu. We saw Dr Murali Rao who was incredibly professional and nice. He explained the procedures to us and made sure my helper was comfortable. Great location and service.

I had a composite rebuild and filling in one of my molar teeth and the work was excellent. Later in the week: Thinking to go for a cheaper option, I went to a different dentist in Miri, where I had 2 fillings and a scaling. This was not a good experience, so I returned to Premier Dental for an adjustment on both fillings, which were excellent. Amazingly, the adjustments were FREE OF CHARGE, which I consider a brilliant gesture of good will from PD. I’ll be staying with Premier Dental whilst living in Brunei.

My teeth were overcrowded so many weren’t align and even within the first 2 months, it shifted nicely! Although it may be on the pricier side, I find their services worth it!

Premier Dental Clinic is a very convenient clinic. All the staffs are very helpful and easy to reach after hours via watsapp etc if any concerns or rescheduling of appointment. Price might be on the above average price but worth every penny. Would recommend.

Consultation process was detailed and easy to follow, so every question was answered before I could even ask them Bonding process was of no hassle and straightforward. Pain on upper braces only lasted for 3 days and 2 days for bottom braces. Bottom set of teeth are already straight after 7 days of installation. Overall, the experience was pleasant and any worries regarding any pain or discomfort were swiftly gone. I recommend the damon braces to anyone who wants to get braces done.

I’ve had my braces done at pdoc delima for a year now, and the results have been amazing! I'm very happy with the results as well as the overall service provided. Dr. Siva was incredibly thorough and patient when helping me decide between the different types of braces, explaining the options and expected results in detail. When it was time to choose between clear retainers or metal retainers, he again answered all my questions, ensuring I could make an informed decision. One of the things I loved most during my treatment was the ability to choose different coloured elastics at each appointment! First Set of Aligners The first set of aligners was received and fitted. Dr. Vina provided detailed instructions on how to wear and care for the aligners. The initial few days involved mild discomfort as the teeth began to shift, but consistent wear helped the adjustment. Progress Check Noticeable changes were observed. The teeth alignment had visibly improved, and regular check-ups with Dr. Vina ensured that the progress was on track. Minor adjustments were made to the treatment plan to optimize the results.
