Doctors didn’t check me well enough until it got worst and i had to go to clinic and the medication cause me $90.. and yesterday i was advised to go to the Rimba clinic cause they are out of the eczema cream they said but when i go to the Rimba clinic the also gave me the same cream twice which i already told the doctor that it’s not working on me.

doctor was mad when i asked her to help my grandmother. she ignored me when my voice was clearly heard. if you wanna truly be a doctor then know how to handle the stress and not bring your anger to your patients which is very disrespectful dawg

Nurses lack of manners and need to show more respect to the people visiting/taking care of their beloved patients. Honestly disappointing as a matter of fact. Nurses should act politely towards people and not ignore people's orders as there are many lives at risk.

too slow.. please add more dr pakar.. suggest suppose ada standby dua bilik, 1 untuk yg serious, 1 g untuk yg not too serious.. ani paksa tah menunggu lagi psal 1 pesakit serious, bilik 1 ja buka. hope dpat d review lah komen ani..

Went for my Podiatry Appointment today. There's a Patient Care Assistant who stood next to where patients can press the button for number queue. I was waiting for my turn after two people ahead of me got assisted but when it's my turn, that damn guy ignored me and went to sit on his stupid, miserable cube desk near the entrance door. I said to myself, 'Was it just me he ignored?'. So as I was sitting down, waiting for my turn to be registered, I saw several patients coming in and he STOOD UP TO ASSIST THEM! 😡 Well, well, well! Is that how you assist patients with favouritism?! No manners. No etiquette. Unprofessional.

The service is too much slow. Even for me, indonesian that already used to be in this situation (i mean indonesian public service was not top notch but not like this neither). I came by myself when in my break time from work and ended up 2.5 hours with nothing yet. Beside my illness i really hate this situation when i need to be patient queueing in pain

Please replace the staffs in the pharmacy because they are super slow and inefficient. Otherwise revamp the logistics in the pharmacy to ease congestion. They promised the waiting time to be around 1 hr 30 mins but in reality, it took them way way WAY longer. Stop lying to your customers. For God sake, this is the NATIONAL hospital. It should be a beacon of good example for neighbouring hospitals.

Ordered my medication to be delivered via GoRush. Got my medication and one of them was the wrong dosage. The instruction was to break the tablet in half to make it the proper dosage... I'm really shocked! Really? When I looked it up. It states that that medication is not supposed to be halfed to lower the dosage, only halfed if difficult to swallow but must me taken together if halfed. Mind is blown 🤯
