There are two lounges at BSB airport. The business lounge and sky lounge. This is a review of the Sky Lounge which includes priority pass access. The lounge itself is larger than many of the pp lounges in Singapore without the huge crowds. Food quality is also excellent, which also rotates as food is exhausted. As this is a Muslim country, it's a dry lounge and there is also a kid's room at the back of the lounge past the food area. That means the more noisy customers are behind at least a wall of glass

Nice airport lounge at Brunei airport. Decent selection of hot and cold food and beverages. It is quiet and clean with friendly staff. Entrance also available through priority pass.

After reading several negative reviews on the sky lounge I held low expectations. However upon heading to the lounge I was surprised to find that there are two lounges. The sky lounge similar to a Qantas club lounge and a dedicated business class lounge. People flying business have the choice of which lounge they want to use. As such I recommend the business lounge. It's light, airy, a view over the gates area, very comfortable. Showers are decent and private. Toilets are of the western style not squat. Food is rather decent . Two things let the place down. 1. The shower head is a middrift level 2. The is no alcohol of any sort. The sky lounge has more relaxed entry eg. Priority pass, corporate card holders etc. Same food served in buffet style but not as light, comfortable and less welcoming.

Really impressed with service in the lounge. Food was yummy. Massage chairs are a nice touch :-)

FYI : no lounge access if you only upgrade your ticket to business class. Great service and you get premium lane access at immigration.

Some of the amenities seem kind of worn out or in disrepair. The staff and the service was great though. The showers did not drain properly so it nearly flooded and made my shoes soaked. The massage chair's right shoulder has burst and the feet pads are worn all the way through

I decided to use the facility because the shops were closed and public wifi (free one) was only available for 30 mins. I just wanted to chill and relax some where nice. There were a lot of people, the lounge was full when I got there. I give 3 starts because - wifi wasn’t working at all. I asked one of the team members but her response was ‘oh yes, the internet is very slow today for some reason. Sometime it works sometime it doesn’t.’ She was polite and friendly. I also understand internet can get slow when many people use it at the same time. But I actually paid to be there so I could call my family and my partner. I expected the facility’s internet can cater many people. This was disappointing for me. - lack of local food options I understand the facility cater for international travellers like myself. But I only saw western food. I would be delighted to see more local dishes. A tiny hint of Brunei food would be nice.

Acceptable variety of food but quality is wanting. Massage chairs only for Biz class passengers.

So long as I am being honest here and in the name of progress, food is bad and I was honestly underwhelmed. I don’t even think it is worth the money for both business class passengers and those who pre-purchase a walk in visit. Please do something about the food quality and choices. BUT the surrounding was great. So relaxing and clean. This I don’t mind at all.

Worst business class experience so far, We upgraded to business class from tokyo-brunei transit and then continue to brunei-surabaya, in tokyo we experience one of the best lounge we ever had, but in Brunei the staff said that we are not eligible to enter the lounge due to upgrade, I don’t know why but I think this is not fair, we already paid more for upgrade to business class even compared to Malaysia Airlines, and Garuda Infonesia, but still didn’t get acces to the lounge, this is a big joke, please update your T&C because I think this is not fair, Thank You
