I stay for a night during this Christmas Eve. The staffs not really friendly especially at the dinner, only when we check out, there is a staff, girl also the security very friendly with us. For the room, it quite spacious, they provided all necessities, but the toilet door can't be lock also there is no parking provided. For the food given, I will rate 1/5 only. The name is so luxurious but the taste just so so. Also for a meal it cost $25 but not worth it. As for its swimming pool, it not secure, anyone might fall off the building, please put up fence.

We just had our weekend check in to this hotel. Sorry to say it didn’t live up to its standard. Mattress felt so hard, pillow and bedsheets cover looks like never been washed for ages, toilet flush not working including some of the lighting, shortage of amenities such as tissues. Electric iron need to be serviced. Management shall look into this seriously.

I stay in this hotel for 1 night. When we ask they not provide any car parking.After that,when my husband park the car and u carry all bag and my son help me only 4 year old carrying 2 bag while there 4 staff of Lanes hotel just watching us.I’m just query if no there no helper in this hotel? And i’m not expected this holiday with my kids was not enjoyed.I think they need to change to attitude environment and need to learn how to impress your customers so they will feel to come again. For now, i think this is my last stay overnight here. Thank you

first of all, the TV box remote is not working. i have called 3 times to complaint just to get another unusable remote control. the bath room are is pleasant but the drain is not working properly. the drain flow is very slow. it have kettle to make hot coffee, it has refrigerator which is working and a washing machine and dryer. if you ran out your mineral water, ask for more and it is an additional charge. i stayed for quarantine upon arrival here, the food is just for you not to be starving. nothing fancy. considering for the rates you are paying comparing to other places. the bed are cozy.

the rooms are perfect idk for the service the location is pretty nice i will just rate it a 3 become its a little bit cheap

Decent enough for short and long stay. Clean rooms very friendly service and the pool is a nice addition.

Very nice hotel in the middle of Tutong, next to the Tutong-river. A Mall and several small local shops and restaurants are nearby

The accommodations at THE LANES HOTEL were not only comfortable but also beautifully appointed. The cleanliness and orderliness of the room reflected a high standard of housekeeping. It was evident that the staff takes pride in maintaining a pristine environment for guests.

The service are amazing, the staff are very helpful and always provide our needs immediately when we asked. The location are also assessable to gov offices and shopping mall round tutong town.
