Pros:
Very
friendly
and
patient
shuttle
bus
driver.
Check-in
was
good.
Darren
the
manager
was
super
helpful
in
arranging
tours
as
a
solo
traveler
so
I
did
not
have
to
pay
for
a
minimum
of
two
persons.
Staff
also
helped
me
find
a
gym
and
arrange
a
taxi.
I
suggest
anyone
coming
to
Brunei
to
use
DART
which
is
much
cheaper
than
a
taxi.
The
negative
review
is
mainly
for
condition
of
the
room
and
staff's
response.
Cons:
1.
Upon
check-in
the
phone,
television
and
safe
did
not
work.
There
was
also
a
very
visible
and
large
dirt
ring
in
the
sink.
Maintenance
fixed
the
phone
and
television
the
first
night.
I
cleaned
the
dirt
ring.
The
room
in
general
was
dirty
with
hair
on
the
floor
and
a
general
feel
of
neglect.
I
asked
for
another
room
but
was
told
they
were
sold
out.
Bed
was
hard
and
pillows
flat.
I'm
a
155cm
and
if
I
scooted
down
bit
my
feet
dangled
off
the
bed
because
the
twins
beds
are
short
and
uncomfortable.
2.
Second
day:
I
noticed
the
desk
lamp
did
not
work.
Staff
fixed
it.
3.
Third
day:.
I
went
downstairs
to
report
that
my
television
and
phone
did
not
work
again.
I
waited
an
hour
for
maintenance
before
going
down
stairs
again.
to
be
told
that
maintenance
had
left
for
the
day.
I
was
upset
noone
told
me.
The
receptionist
said
she
tried
calling
me
but
I
didn't
answer
the
room
phone.
The
phone
doesn't
work!
So,
how
could
I
answer?
I
also,
had
the
same
issue
calling
the
front
desk
with
no
answer
because
again,
the
phone
isn't
working.
In
addition,
a
guest
left
a
dirty
plate
on
the
table
near
the
elevators
and
it
was
there
3
days
later.
I
finally
reported
it
to
have
it
removed.
It
was
ignored
all
that
time.
Fourth
day:
Woke
up
to
a
very
large
dead
roach
in
my
room.
Wrote
an
email
to
the
manager.
Waited
an
hour
for
a
response
before
going
downstairs
to
request
maintenance
again.
Maintenance
removed
the
roach,
fixed
the
tv,
phone
and
safe.
The
last
night:
felt
something
crawling
on
my
leg
in
bed.
It
was
a
winged
bug.
I
killed
it
and
several
others
before
going
downstairs
to
report
it
to
staff
because
the
phone
was
ringing
but
no-one
answered
which
means
the
phone
wasn't
working
again.
Staff
came
up
to
spray
the
room.
I
was
told
the
bugs
are
attracted
to
light
and
came
in
from
the
rain.
Finally,
they
asked
if
I
wanted
another
room
but
it
was
late
evening
and
I
didn't
feel
like
moving
when
I
was
leaving
early
the
next
morning.
Maintenance
said
the
phone
was
working
but
if
it
worked
then
the
front
desk
would
have
answered
when
I
called.
With
all
these
issues
the
staff
had
a
very
nonchalant
attitude
about
it
which
angered
me.
I
write
this
because
I
canceled
a
stay
at
another
hotel
based
on
the
positive
reviews
of
this
hotel.
If
tours
and
transportation
is
your
main
reason
for
staying
then
it
is
five
stars.
If
you
need
a
comfortable,
clean
room
with
responsive
staff.
Then
choose
another
hotel.
