Very nice and clean hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food is quite nice. Will stay here again.

Atmosphere is so pleasing, rooms are just a bliss and the restaurant's food here are just out of this world!! You wouldn't expect it till you try it!! Location is alright, able to see how the locals workout by the National Stadium, beautiful park and close by to the Airport and Shopping malls. Talk about conveniency!

Room that I got was nothing impressive. But the food was awesome! And thats not even the best part about the hotel. The hospitality and service from the staff is, I would rate the best in the world! If I ever come down here again I would definitely come back and stay here

Had a great short staycation with family over the weekend. Services from the team were great! Room deco for my partner's birthday surprise turned out so well. They definitely made so much effort to please their guests. Overall we were all satisfied with our stay. A few things that I would suggest is to provide room slippers and check each rooms for minor technical faulties, for example our bathub was draining very slowly. Wasn't sure if there was a clog or normally like so. Food was excellent for us, we enjoyed the room services. Thank you!

Fancy exterior but very dated interior. Rooms basic but clean. Shower not working. Shower if working is stand in the bath type. I hate these as they are dangerous n prone to slip in when using Makan so so. Empty at night in the coffee shop so not sure if the chef really interested. Would I return? Only if there is nowhere else to stay

The best thing is their staff event manager the skinny person tawfiq. Had a wonderful event here

Nice hotel. Entrance is grandiose but lovely! Rooms however are very decent size but there is slight variation with regards to the amenities within the rooms as some have a flat screen TV while others have a CTR TV. The general feel is quite rustic which was nice and a breath of fresh air from standard city hotels but if you're looking for a high tech and very modern and contemporary feel then this may not the the hotel for you

All the facilities where very good but there were things they need to improve: • Good quality IRON : That IRON Burn my inspection shirt. • Bath water facilities: The colour of water was yellow. I run the tap for 1 hours but still the colour of water was yellow.

I want to express at the bottom of my heart the amazing and wonderful service and assistance by Taufik and Cynthia for our wonderful experience hosting our wedding celebrations at Mulia Hotel. Taufik provided incomparable service and assistance from start to finish, all the way from banquet preparation all the way through to the execution of dishes, arranging parking for priority guests and Taufik had also liased with sound vendors to provide an impromptu performance which was adored by all guests of our wedding. We couldn't thank him enough for the smooth execution for the banquet and the indescribably amazing service he provided. Nothing less than a smile the whole way while going above and beyond. The communication from Cynthia and assistance provided was amazing, there are no words to say, she assisted to make everything as seamless and trouble free as possible, all while doing it with the most friendly and welcoming, heartfelt experience. Our wedding will forever remembered with nothing but joy thanks to these 2 wonderful human beings and the teams that assisted them. These two are invaluable and irreplaceable assets to the events and functions of Mulia Hotel and I strongly believe they both deserve a raise and for the wonderful work they do with warm and open hearts. We will recommend others to host future events at your establishment thanks to these two. Mulia hotel should feel proud to have such wonderful people representing them.
