Cheap and satisfied with the service. Water heater, towel, aircond, kettle, Astro TV, small fridge, make up table provided. If you need to iron your shirt ask the cleaner. This hotel is just nearby Supa Save (high class shopping experience), ATM, minimart, pizza and many more just 3 minutes walk from your hotel.

The bed have bed bugs and it gave me rashes. I told the f/o but she isn’t helping. There’s a time where a bad smell appears in the toilet not knowing where it comes from. And I’m staying here to get a good rest not to listen to a loud noise of drill and hammers. Fetch some ideas to improve this issues before another bad impressions written. Overall, the housekeeping is very friendly, i like her.

It's a quite a bit dated and is in need of a revamp. However, it is a very comfortable place to stay, the staff were very helpful throughout my stay. I unfortunately did not get to experience what the area had to offer as I had to quarantine here during the Covid pandemic.

I have been in a lot of budget hotel around SEA, i think this is the most rude i ever seen. The receptionist named Angie. I came with smile and the room already booked via Agoda. But she made us really unpleasant and not welcoming at all, like im begging to them to stay in their hotel. She gave me a the noisy room room 120. I dont think i make them uncomfortable or i greet them and ask for the room, but she reply me in unpleasant manner. My hypothesis could be: 1. Its raining, might be she wants to go for something 2. Not in her mood 3. Bad salary. 4. Red flag The room is really noisy, so i came down to the reception cpunter, was attended by a junior staff, she gave us room 218. They already knew that the room is noisy from previous guest, may be that Angie just to make us difficult. The front counter of the country made our journey worst. NOT RECOMMENDED. Room noisy, old. But cleanliness around. 3

Very chill hotel. Definitely a good choice when balling on a budget

My family loves this place. Staffs were friendly and attentive. They’ll follow you to the car and help you carry your luggage if needed. The breakfast set that I had booked was for two people only, but the price to add on another set of light meal and drinks was only 4 Brunei Dollars. There’s a supermarket next to it by walking distance. If you travel in group with lots of cars, can just park at the supermarket’s parking spot. Room is spacious and has a conjoined room.

Its good and very nice hotel. But night duty staff requires more training. They forgot to pick me from airport in middle of the night. I wad lucky to find taxi there. overall this is excellent choice. Morning staff is very professional and cooperative. Choice of quality food around hotel is available.

Affordable basic hotel located near to supermarket I.e. Supa save, coffee bean & tea leaf, several restaurants. Hotel's in house outlets offers limited choice of breakfast therefore choose to eat at other food outlet. Please note there's no elevator for this hotel, room completes with kettle, instant coffee & tea mixture, towel, soap, shampoo, body wash, tooth brush. Official check out time is 12.00hours. I requested them to extend to 13.30hours, my request accepted without hesitation.

Rooms were decent and clean. Wifi wasn't strong enough to get anything done. The front desk did organize a tour for us that was a very good value.

Convenient facilties like adjacent mall. The restaurant serves very good butter prawn.

Clean, dated rooms with freindly staff, 10 to 15 mins from the airport. Good stop over rooms, genuineness sides provide meals

It like nightmare since a 1st day live in this hotel. How come hotel doesnt have water. They just provide us with 2 bottles of mineral water for shower and etc. ridiculous!!!
