It
was
a
mixture
of
everything.
It
could
be
due
to
the
dates
chosen
which
fell
in
july,
the
same
month
that
the
bruneians
will
celebrate
the
birthday
of
their
sultan,
giving
us
a
little
bit
difficulties
in
term
of
getting
a
room
due
to
the
number
of
crowd
visiting
the
country.
We
did
a
booking
before
we
went
to
stay
there,
but
on
the
day
of
our
arrival,
the
room
that
we
booked
was
not
available,
all
6
of
us
were
sharing
a
suite
that
fit
for
4
people
and
there
was
not
an
extra
bed
available.
We
originally
were
informed
that
we
got
to
get
the
key
early
but
its
not
happening,
and
the
rest
of
our
group
members
have
to
wait
for
us
till
we
got
the
key
to
our
suite.
But
those
were
the
only
difficulties
that
we
had
to
face,
at
the
end,
we
got
the
room
that
was
promised,
good
services
from
the
rest
of
hotel
staff,
great
food,
clean
room
and
strategic
location.
Perhaps
if
the
receptionists
could
elaborate
more
about
the
room
problem,
the
customers
will
be
happier
and
will
get
to
achieve
an
understanding
:)
