We booked our accommodation at D'Anggerek Apartment as part of the Borneo Run package. We were very pleased with the price, airport shuttle service and free breakfast buffet. It is a bit far from the city centre but it was not a problem for us because we used the app Dart to book most of our transport in Brunei. The only negative thing was there was only 1 lift and it was always full of people.

I have been staying here for 8 months now. Since then, i am happy with their services. The room service lady was nice, friendly and professional. This place is in strategic location. 5 minutes from airport, 3 minutes to mall complex, and surrounded by office buildings and sport complex. If you are here during ramadhan, there will be ramadhan market here! Only 3 minutes walking! The plus thing! They provide airport shuttle! Nice!

3/5 stars mainly due to poor cleaning service. We stayed during transit, first stay was doable. Room was old but it was clean. However our second stay our room had strains of hair laying around, the walls had blood? on it and the couch had stains which did look like coffee/tea stains but was very off putting. Its a shame because the people that seem like the owners were very lovely and we felt we received great service from them when communicating, however if house keeping provided a better service it would be a 5/5 from us.

Very close to the airport, staff are friendly. Good transfer service. Good hotel for this standard, hot water for shower was a little slow to flow

Basic hotel, fairly close to convention center but too hot or wet to walk and there are no foot paths 🤔,everyone drives every where. No choice of restaurants close by but Dart cars are cheap so you can go into town to eat

Stayed for 5 days. Nice and clean and large room with view. Food wasn't that good specially the breakfast.

Very spacious and clean apartments. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Ideal location next to swimming pools and stadium with shops five minutes away.

Acceptable apartment In Brunei. However cleanliness could be improved. When I checked into the room there are strands of hair around in some places in the room

Obviously just a star from us - Very disappointed with the level of service, we were initially told & given a quote of $80 per night for 2 nights but when my family checked out I was told that its $130 per night - this sort of unprofessionalism is not accepted & will not recommend this to others too. Be it staff’s miscommunication or mismanagement... The management should settle internaly. Hope the management can take this into consideration and for the management to send the front line staffs for training on not to be rude to guests as well as playing blaming games and most importantly YOU MUST HONOR YOUR PROMISES TO YOUR HOTEL GUESTS!!!!!!!

Quite, clean hotel and friendly helpful staff. There's near by mall like 15 mins walking but I think the is far from down town. 2 things I don't like is internet is slow and room service close at 10 pm.

I had been staying here for the past 9 months and I must say that the place is very clean and very well maintained. The staff are well trained and friendly :)

Receptionist very friendly..We did extend a night for $60..Place very comfortable, quite. Picked a superior room with a king bed. Stay at level 4, room 4-10.
