1. Location in downtown of Bandar Seri Begawan. So close with Kampong Ayer, maybe just walk, you can arrived in this Gym. 2. INCREDIBLE FACILITIES!!!! Barbells and dumbells so complete! All weightlifting equipment so make me amazed. And, the most important for me which have a high interest in cardio, treadmills equipment, are well and high-technology product. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3. Not only for fitness, this gym also provide many class, such as Yoga and Boxing. Once again, the equipment are well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4. Owned by HRH Prince Abdul Mateen bin (read: son of) HM Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah, with well human resources for its employee and warmth hospitality for service. And, for teaching to member, the trainer so well and surely a flight hours of teach for experience as a trainer. 👍👍👍👍👍 5. Amazing gym but I’m gonna be honest I just went to meet Prince Mateen

One of the best gyms I've ever been to in South East Asia! As someone who comes from a very cold country where the temperatures sit around 15 degrees, adjusting to the Brunei heat was brutal. It was important for me to be in an air-conditioned gym facility which surprisingly was challenging to find in Brunei, luckily I found Jab Gym. If you are looking for a functional gym with fantastic group classes and personal trainers, this is your spot. Jab Gym was my home away from home during my month-long visit. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. The front desk team was professional and personable, and the showers/change rooms were impeccable with everything included in the showers (towels, face cream, blow dryer shampoo and conditioner). They offered a variety of classes that range from boxing, barre, functional, strength, yoga and conditioning. It also has a smoothie bar to purchase beverages if you need to top refuel before heading out. You can expect to pay premium pricing however worth the value for everything included!

I mean, what an amazing find! The most beautiful gym I’ve seen and easy peasy to get a day pass, super friendly staff! Very very impressed!!!!
