Warning:
do
not
reserve
a
room
here
and
expect
that
your
booking
will
be
respected
-
even
after
the
hotel
sends
you
confirmation.
My
family
and
friends
booked
four
rooms
at
this
hotel
for
3
to
4
nights
each,
for
a
weekend
in
August
2019.
Three
reservations
were
made
with
the
hotel
directly,
and
one
through
Expedia.
All
received
confirmation
of
their
booking.
Nine
days
later
(after
all
had
booked
flights
to
come
and
celebrate
our
wedding
with
us),
all
received
an
email
that
"unfortunately
there
was
a
booking
system
mistake,
and
the
hotel
is
in
fact
booked
out
for
the
Saturday
night
of
their
stay".
After
a
little
research
and
a
conversation
with
the
owner,
we
learned
(he
admitted
this)
that
there
was
no
mistake.
In
fact,
he
had
chosen
to
prioritize
new
guests
over
my
family
and
friends
who
booked
afterwards,
as
they
were
attending
a
wedding
there.
A
business
decision
he
said;
saying
he
had
the
right
to
cancel
the
rooms
up
until
30
days
before
their
stay!
Absolutely
incredible
that
a
hotel
would
function
like
this.
They
did
not
offer
alternative
rooms
in
other
hotels
in
the
initial
emails.
By
then,
many
rooms
in
the
town
were
sold
out
for
that
weekend.
It
was
a
most
upsetting
start
to
our
happy
celebration.
This
man
does
not
deserve
your
business.
Be
warned.
