Stayed here during an impromptu weekend getaway to Napoli. About 30mins drive Napoli, perfect for us as we like staying out of very touristic area. Parking was available for guest in their own garage. Breakfast was very good, a huge variety of food both sweet and savory. Check in was prompt, staff was kind and professional. Breakfast service staff was also very kind, thank you Valerie for the great breakfast service.

The hotel is brand new, really pretty inside and spacious rooms. Front desk are very friendly. Be AWARE the have central AC, so you will BOILED inside your bedrooms. We are in Spring right now and I do not want to imagine how HOT will be in summer. Not recommended

This is the worst experience we've had with Radisson 1. There's NO gym although the website and the sign at the entrance says there's a gym. 2. The AC doesn't function well and it's quite warm in the room

Sehr schönes und luxuriöses Hotel zu einem sehr vernünftigen Preis etwas außerhalb von Neapel. Es gibt sogar Familienzimmer, die sehr großzügig und modern eingerichtet sind. Auch das parken ist kostenlos und sicher. Im Hotel gibt es auch eine sehr gute Bar, die morgens auch Frühstück und Kaffee anbietet. Jederzeit wieder!

Nice and modern hotel! Food was great, a big selection of different kind of food, nice and fresh. Rooms extremely clean, no bath just a shower :( Service very polite and friendly especially lovely Italian lady at reception with a curly brown hair :D

Very nice hotel. I really like the style of the interiors. The room is nice and the bathroom is clean and modern. But the elevator is very slow and we had to take the stairs mostly. And J can hear other guests in the hallway very loudly from my room.

Rooms are super quiet despite being on a busy street. Staff are friendly and helpful to foreigners. All of the American amenities like an iron and ironing board. The only drawback is getting a taxi, which you need to go anywhere. Not the best location for those who like to walk.

Location wise you are far from everything touristic, and you need 45 mins drive to main points. Nice rooms, decent breakfast in -1 floor without sun light or air, and good restaurants options nearby. The biggest problem is the noise. Next to this hotel there is roof top bar, where especially in weekends there are parties that cannot allow you sleep if you happen to have your room on the wrong side. As also the isolation is basic in the rooms. We stayed with kid and couldn’t sleep for 3/4 nights of our stay. Although we asked to move to different room, this didn’t happen. One more thing, the room had no phone, so every time I had to call via normal phone number or go down to reception. At check out they promised that the manager will contact us which never happened.

Das Hotel hat unsere Kreditkarte doppelt belastet und uns den Betrag für ein fremdes Zimmer abgebucht. Als wir das reklamiert haben, haben sie den Fehler sogar schriftlich per Mail zugegeben und sogar den Name des anderen Gastes genannt (Datenschutztechnisch auch eine absolute Katastrophe), aber das Geld haben sie uns bisher trotzdem noch nicht auf unsere Kreditkarte zurück gebucht. So was darf einfach nicht passieren und schon gar nicht bei einer renommierten Hotelkette wie Radisson!
