Exceptional service and quality. I was stranded in the middle of the night ten minutes from the hotel in a broken down car. I promised a 2 am check-in. Simone and Carlo were amazing. Got me road side assistance and a taxi at 2 am!

Functional but not that inspiring. We booked this hotel because it was only 20 mins drive to the airport and it had free parking. There is not a lot of parking and in the eveining it gets rammed as quite a lot of people turned up to eat but we had no difficulty entering and exiting. Dinner was better than I was expecting and the restaurant was busy. We left before breakfast was started but the guy on reception made us some coffee and we could grab some breakfast anyway. It's a good location and the people were friendly

I’m in 3 month already the second time staying at this lovely Hotel. Here for business in Casalnuovo and this hotel is also great located to visit Napoli. Rooms have a great size and are super clean! The restaurant, situated in the hotel, serves delicious food. I had the luxury of a huge outdoor balcony too, on the 1st floor. Very polite and friendly staff.

The hotel is close by the airport, but unfortunately it does not meet the 4* category. The room was dusty, the hot water was not available for the entire night, the hairdryer was on and off, unable to use. The breakfast doesn’t have such a big variety, but the cutleries were not clean at all. During meal the staff was cleaning, being a strong smell of cleaning products in the restaurant. The only nice fact about the hotel were the reception ladies. I will not recommend
