The rooms here are so classy and quintessentially Italian by design. It was a delightful surprise staying here. Be careful during your checkout- they jumble the restaurant receipts. I was here the night Napoli lost to Arsenal 2-0. The waiters were particularly miffed during dinner.

What a hidden gem! This place was such a pleasant surprise that I forgot I was at a BW. This was our last stay as part of our 14 day trip through Italy and was the best of them all. The room: Updated and had the most modern updates I’ve seen yet. The bed was an actual king bed and not two beds pushed together. The AC worked amazing! The hotel: the building has clearly been entirely renovated and had the best lounging areas throughout. The decorator did very well. And the pool was very nice. However it was still very cold but it was nice to layout. (May 21st). The dinner: the dinner was surprisingly delicious. I had a nice seabass and their house wine. Breakfast was also good. The best part of the entire experience, for me, was the customer service. The staff took such great care of us. They do not have a local bus or train stop nearby but came to pick us up from the train station at no additional charge! This was incredibly helpful and thoughtful way to care for guests. They also arranged transport for us to get to the airport for 60€. It only took about 20-25 minutes to get to the airport from this location. I felt like I was at a luxury resort. There is also a massage business located directly across the street! Honestly, don’t miss out on this place. It was truly a gem.

Bad behavior of Reception "Mr. Donato". This hotel is fantastic. I've been in this hotel before. Generally BW is always my first choice and Ferrari hotel is lovely, But today when I arrived at the Reception, Mr. Donato tried his best to reject me. He insisted the hotel is fully booked and there is not a room for tonight. In 5 minutes I booked 2 rooms via booking.com. I showed to him the reservation and he sadly gave up!! All in all, I recommend this hotel.

Modern hotel with all comforts. Conveniently located just off the motorway. Large and quiet rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. The buffet breakfast is excellent and plentiful. Free internal garage. Only complaint about the internet connection, very poor.

Positive: check-in was friendly and very quick. Porter helped with bringing luggage to room. Free crib on request. Comfortable bed + bedding. Spacious bathroom. Quite close to airport (20 min drive by car). Good parking facility in closed off garage under the hotel. Negative: Not properly cleaned; a lot of dusty patches and places in the room. No proper toiletries provided (just a big squeezeable all-in-one shampoo/conditioner/wash gel container which leaves a sort of film on your skin after using). Aircon not working, also not after reporting. Very loud music from wedding reception until 10:30PM.

This is the 2nd time I’m staying here, first time was not a pleasant experience but now they have completely renovated. Very clean and spacious. If you are looking for some place to stay near Nola- Best Western Ferrari it is!!

This hotel is very well kept and the services offered are good value for money. The location, staff and the shuttle bus service offered are very good.

Convenient for my meeting at Fiat but the room smelled bad, the bed was hard, and the bathroom light flickered the whole time it was on. It was a very good value though.

Terrible rooms, location was terrible, beds were hard as a rock, and don’t bother wasting your money on breakfast. Bad experience all around.

Auf den ersten Blick super, aber bei genauerer Betrachtung schmutzig ( schmutzige Toilette, schimmel im Bad, Dusche kaputt und gelbe Ablagerung, alles mega staubig) und renovierungsbedürftig. Es ist mega laut!

Stayed here for a work thing. Great staff, very clean and tidy with daily room cleaning, my stay included breakfast which has a good variety of food to suit all tastes.
